I didn't find the fiit app half as good as the apple fitness. I had it on a trial and thought I had cancelled it fairly swiftly yet obviously (or so they say) I hadn't and was charged £89.99. I tried to ask for the refund as they could clearly tell I had never used it but they refused. Most companies that this has happened with have refunded but fiit were exceptionally unhelpful and will never use them again and do not rate their help to people who don't have the money to use such apps.

Love Fiit but then...autorenew
Looks like i've had the same experience as many other users. I was a continued yearly member of Fiit but last year i stopped using the app due to technical issues with it (the chest monitor stopped syncing with the app - a well known issue that took many months for them to fix). I didn't return to Fiit after this as found another outlet for use. At the time i should have cancelled my membership but had hoped to have returned at a later date.
Anyhows, checked bank statment at the start of this month and boom, charged again for another year. I contacted them and explained the sitiation but got what i see from other comments on here the standard answer of..
"I’m sorry to say that this means we are unable to refund any payments once the payment has been processed, as per our refund policy detailed in our terms and conditions. However, I have cancelled the subscription as of 29/3/25 so no further fees will be charged and you have access to the app until that date."
I know some of this is on me as i didn't cancel my subscription but i would have hope that some goodwill would have come into play given my previous purchase history with them.
So top tip, IF YOU PAY YEARLY CANCEL YOUR NEXT SUBSCRIPTION STRAIGHT AWAY !! If you want to stick with them after your first year then it will be easy enough to extend your subscription (plus you may get a better price to keep you there)

Be careful
Be careful - free trials followed by automatic subscription upgrades. Sure you get an email to remind you but like most they get buried in spam. So you end up paying for a service that you do not want and then they hide behind all the well managed strategies put in place to prevent them having to refund your hard earned money

Hi I signed up for a 60 day free trial…
Hi I signed up for a 60 day free trial with and I got up this morning and they had taken £55.99 from my account which I don't have to spare and can not afford to eat this week now. I did not receive any email or text about the payment been taken and am now left in this situation. I have emailed twice and nobody got back to me. There is no contact number that you can call and when you ask sky for Fiit information they can't give you any. I didnt even use the app this is a terrible service and I will be reporting to consumer rights

Shocking experience with auto renewal, no reminders and no refunds pathetic trap. No emails alerting of the upcoming charge, no resolving the issue after the fact. No 14 days after payment dispute. Did not even use the App! Forgot about it

Signed up for free trial,expected…
Signed up for free trial,expected restrictions.
Then paid for 'offer' price for essential membership.
Really disappointed at the lack of content i can access as everything is still locked only for unlimited membership.
If i had known would of been so restricted i would of purchased unlimited but now i have 11 months left of a very restricted limited essential membership. I cant access the programs i want really disappointed.
Issue swiftly resolved thank you cant fault the customer service

Disgusting auto renewal trap! Usually receive the normal emails with no problem to normal inbox but the reminder goes to the junk folder. After contacting customer service after advising I have not used the app because it was terrible and will still will not refund my money! Scamming company

Autorenew Solution and My FIIT experience
Before my feedback, I’d like to address the AUTO-RENEW COMPLAINTS:
I do not understand what is the problem is with this. You can literally cancel it at any point during the trial. Every smart phone has a calendar in it with an alarm… SET A REMINDER TO CANCEL IF YOUR THAT WORRIED ABOUT IT. They are not fraudsters and they have refunded items that have not worked for me without much fuss. You can easily check in your settings the status of your subscription and when the next billing date is. It’s all very clear. You can also use a credit card, which gives you extra protection with purchases/ fraud. The customer service team are quick to respond, they have even responded to me when I thought they would be shut before.
Here is an email I sent to Fiit customer service last week. I have contacted them a few times about a tracker I needed help with and they have always been fantastic. I wanted to leave the conversation on a positive note with them:
I LOVE FIIT! I haven’t ever in 32 years managed to keep to an exercise routine like I have with FIIT. The fitness instructors are amazing and motivating, I love the plans which give me structure and it’s just fantastic! I wish there was a plan for the combat classes with Jamie Ray as I find there really fun! I dropped off for a while last year as I went on holiday and struggled to get back into it when home 😅 However I am back into it now and I am about to renew for another year. I have completed 165 classes so far with the help of many fitness plans.
My FIIT mat has been great also, it doesn’t curl up or do anything annoying whilst working out and it’s a decent size.
Finally, most importantly, the level of customer service I have received from you guys has always been exceptional. You’re quick to reply and always helpful in your responses.
THANK YOU FIIT YOUR ALL AMAZING!!! Keep up the great work!
P.s To any readers, it doesn’t get better than workout, jumping in your own shower and then getting into your pjs with no travelling or having to get changed etc!

Outstanding customer service (oh and the app is pretty good too).
I have been a Fiit user for around 3 years, and the app provides excellent value for money. Good trainers, good app and good mix of stuff to do.
I would like to highlight a recent experience with Fiit. I recently contacted them as I had some trouble with a order from Prevayl (the Prevayl strap can be used to track stats and progress with the fiit app).
I contacted Fiit to see if they could help. Even though this is not their remit, they have sent out a new strap and have chased up Prevayl for my order.
Thank you to Fiona who looked into this and Emma who assisted. Really impressive customer service, really dedicated. Thank you so much.

I love FIIT but..........Autorenew! Really?
I love FIIT, they have some really good trainers and decent workouts but beware they use...Autorenew. I have got around this by signing up through my apple ID, so I recommend this method. What are their marketing department thinking doing this? I can't give more than 3 stars, no matter how good their workouts are because of this.

Great looking app but disappointed with access
I liked the look of this app and thought I would give it a go. But found it frustrating as 90% of the classes are locked and you can not access them. All the core workouts where locked.
What a waste of time. It's a shame because I probably would have signed up if I had been able to do a legitimate trial.

Is it really a free trial
Is it a free trial if you have to enter your card details to start the "trial"? To clarify I've not used the app, been offered a 60 day free trial, I don't feel comfortable entering my card details before I've actually used it, or seen what is does/if it's useful. Been caught out to many times before. Looking at the T and C's you have to cancel 14 days before the "auto renewal" so it's not a 60 day free trial it's a 44 day free trial.
Fyi I would be open to trying it if it was actually a free trial.

Auto Renewal Trap
Auto Renewal Trap: Received the renewal email reminder. Just spent half an hour going in circles to cancel. Unable to find out how to access my account details to cancel the renewal. In my opinion clearly designed this way and sharp practice.
Suggest you do as I have and email Contact so you have a record of not wanting to renew and dispute with your payment provider, hopefully a credit card.

You cannot cancel an auto renew that you signed for the previous year. Usually you get a 14 day cancellation period but not with fiit. Be very careful with this company.
Its a shame that this company hides behind small print and won't do the right thing and refund customers who inadvertently have money taken from their account when they do not wish to carry on with the subscription. As consumers we all kniow this is a trap to catch people like me out who don't cancel in time. Just allow people 14 days to cancel after the renewal date, why not give people that right of a refund if they don't want the service anymore? You should change your T&Cs to give people the right to a refund if they want it. Taking this away is clearly a ploy to catch people out. Do better

I have no idea what the videos are like. I got a trial subscription with a Samsung S23 Ultra and thought I might give it a try but never got round to it. Also for Disney.
I set Disney not to auto renew and was pretty sure I had done the same with this lot.
EDIT: Just had a reply from Fiona at Customer Services. She said she had looked into the matter and noted that a reminder email had not been sent and a full refund would be issued,
A sub taken from my account today for about £90. No reminders as you would expect - even Amazon do that. If you have a free trial make sure you cancel. If you have a sub dont expect a reminder.

Auto-renewal trap
Same as quite a few recent review, auto renewal trap. We got an intro offer through Vitality. Didn’t really like the app that much and haven’t used in months. Didn’t get a renewal notice (though Fiit have said I did) and £120 charged. Customer service just refer to T&c etc and take no notice of whether you have used the app etc.
Definite subscription trap and would never sign up.
I look forward to Fiits standard terms and conditions response to the other 1 star reviews on here.

Carefull. Subscription trap. x2 £45 for a product I have not used. Only registered for free trial because I thought it was the app used for my fitbit watch. What an expensive mistake.

Excellent customer service!!
I signed up to the subscription through sky TV and got a free trial. I had the essential package but wanted to upgrade to the ultimate so I could experience some of the longer training packages. Had problems doing amendments online and dropped Fiit an email. They responded within a few hours, amended my free subscription and were so helpful. Really good customer service
