Absolutely live Fiit. Just renewed my membership for a third year. Had amazing help from Fiona in the Customer Service team. I don't have to go to CS very often but every time I have they are just fab. Always really friendly and sort my issue so quickly. Always above and beyond 🤩

I can’t rave about this app enough, I Love Love FIIT. Discovered it in the middle of lockdown after being tired of making my own workouts. There’s always room for improvement but over the past 18mnths there’s been many changes and great stuff introduced like Tread & Airbike. Tried to use tread but it’s a bit complex for a new runner like myself, wish there was something to help non-runners increase there endurance for long distance running over several weeks, that would be good. Especially since the trainers they work with are ACE, honestly they are so personable, loads of energy & funny. It helps when you need the motivation and their cheering you on. Would like to be able to pick different music when working out as some of tunes I don’t particularly like but again small matters! If your looking for something that’s going to challenge you and keep you accountable this is the app for you. The challenges are GREAT 👌🏾.

They really need to develop their website for PC since you can't even cancel or manage your subscription without downloading the fiit app on your mobile/tablet. Hence making me feel like they're doing everything their power to stop you from making purchases. They also need to give more straight forward workouts and a timeline which you can hop across with the videos on their platform

Amazing app, completely transformed my habits and commitment to exercise and have felt so much better physically and mentally since joining. Huge amount of options on classes allowing you to get a full balance of strength, cardio and rebalance. Great content posted regularly, forward thinking and everyone you come into contact with there is lovely and incredibly helpful. Couldn’t recommend FIIT enough, inspires you to push yourself.

I absolutely love Fiit! I discovered it in 2018 and I’ve been a huge fan ever since. As a PT myself, I really see the value in on demand classes. Fiit provides high quality classes, with a huge variety to choose from, there is something for everyone. The choice of class length is a brilliant feature too and the app is so easy to navigate and use.
I Use it almost daily and it’s excellent for when you’re travelling. Such great value too. I honestly couldn’t recommend it more

Fees automatically renew with no warning or reminder email. I've used the service a handful of times. Didn't enjoy it LM & Pelton offer so much more.
Even if I cancel 5 days after renewal I'm still charged for the full year no refund.
At least with other sites there is more flexibility.
They can't even show the "reminder" email and where it was sent because of their system. Which is absolutely rubbish.

LOVE this app! This has kept me sane for the last two years and a part of my daily life. Fantastic range of classes and challenges to keep you motivated and excellent customer service, recently contacted FIIT about my renewal and this was sorted in a matter of minutes.
Can’t fault that for service

I signed up the other day after being bored to death of the Courtney black app for the past year. I absolutely love the fiit app. I tried 3 ten minute workouts yesterday and after emailing the customer service about my charge 5 not connecting properly.. Fiona literally got back to me within a few minutes it was rather quick and attentive! The app unfortunately picks up charge 5 trackers but doesn’t let you connect of which I thought I was doing something wrong but it’s just not compatible even though it says to connect to the device it’s found! Anyway… Fiona told me it’s not compatible an other fit bits will be like the Versa or sense but it’s not a problem I’m always upgrading my trackers so I shall be getting myself a new present I think 😂 anyway.. Fiona gave me a free shipping code and I purchased the fiit tracker so that should be on the way soon. Love the workouts and how you can compete with each other it’s just been what I’ve been missing really rather than the Courtney black app boring me to death as they just do it in they're living room there’s no motivation feel like I actually want to get up and do the workouts now rather than it feeling like a chore because I wasn’t getting anything out of it. So so happy I’ve found this now, extra motivations, challenges and plans to follow including being able to book classes. Makes you feel involved in the process rather than just turning your tv on. The trainers are really fluid and by that I mean they don’t stop and constantly changing songs or adjusting the phone stand unlike the Courtney black app, just feels more professional. Thank you to Fiona who was really helpful and attentive could not have asked for any better customer service really.

Customer service is exceptional! They answer very quickly & continuously search for answers to your problems. I have contacted them numerous times, not because of the product, because I have done something wrong & they always resolve my issue promptly & no judgement to my silly questions! Just fantastic! I’ve been using the app for 3 years now & it just gets better!

Always receive EXCELLENT customer service from FIIT. Whether you get them on live chat, WhatsApp or email, they are quick to respond, helpful and resolve any issues swiftly.

No customer care, asked for compliants procedures and was informed someone will get make to me in 14 days, monies taken without my authority and made it impossible to get a refund. Do not use this service. Matter now being investigated by my Bank. Unethical company - DO NOT ENTERTAIN!

I had free trial membership which I didn’t use, find it quite hard to watch or follow exercises due to personal circumstances! They charged my account as it is automated but when I asked for refund after few seconds they responded and solved since I didn’t use the app at all! If anything then I will certainly use it because they are all professionals…

Absolutely incredible service.
What started out as a basic issue which caused me to uninstall the app turned into the best customer experience I have had to date.
Charlotte emailed me to keep me updated with my initial query, helped me to fix things and I am now a regular user of the app. Couldn't be happier
