No delivery, tracking number no longer active, store no longer on line. Total scam.

I think I got scammed too! any idea how I can get my refund please?

Scam.

Bought the g7 controller, shipping updates eventually showing as delivered but nothing is actually delivered.

Put in a dispute with my bank and was refunded, stay well clear of these scammers

Total scam nothing arrived after saying it was delivered. They offered a 20% refund and to send another controller that was werks ago and haven't heard a thing or had refund. They are ignoring all emails I send, raised a dispute with my bank.. their AD on tiktok was also taken down for being a scam I know as I was the one who reported it and sent tiktok evidence. Item was due 4th Feb and that took over 30 days in transit. No way to properly track as it was a Chinese delivery company that didn't update to a UK one once in UK

Well have seen things before to good to be true and have paid off this is a second time I've now fallen to being scammed I ordered 2 due to the price the bank said wait 20 days ring them and then there deal with it but to be fair all they got to do is type the company and had tracking which didn't work they replied twice since then no update and not replying to my emails so many people opening scams but seems there getting better at it so hopefully my bank will see in favour in me if it's PayPal it be a lot faster DONT BUY THERE SCAMMING SO MANY PEOPLE

The website is a scam appears no one is recieving their items and the business will no longer reply to emails

I’ve waited 30 days for a Game controller. They apologised for the delay due to sickness at their Wharehouse. The tracker says delivered but I have not received my item . Now my emails are going unanswered. China post was the delivery company so I don’t know if it was a fake tracking number

I really am starting to think this is a scam so i orded off this site taken 3 weeks on the shipping policy says 5 to 10 working days not got an update sent 3 emails to customer support had no update in return would not recomment this site needs to be closed ASAP

This company pile of w***k shut your website down because you like take people money and fale to keep customers up to date and when we email asking for updates you tell us to track 17track yet your the seller so you should have that information to hand and you can’t Evan answer simple question who going to be the carrier delivering it because it been 30days and1st of feb it was out for delivery and nothing turned up and no update on who meant to be delivering it and still out for delivery and nothing turned up 2nd of feb and I have emailed you got until Friday to update me or you be refunding me
