Sent me a fake Royal Mail tracking…

Sent me a fake Royal Mail tracking number on the email (turns out it was sent via dpd) eventually did get delivered by dpd - dpd driver put it behind my bin out in the open despite me instructing them that the safe place was the side porch. When I got home parcel was not there and when I have tried to contact fightstore and my messages are being read but ignored.

To clarify, the tracking number provided in your dispatch email was valid and linked to your order. The parcel was shipped with DPD, and their system confirms it was delivered, including proof of delivery uploaded by the driver. We do not issue fake tracking numbers.

According to the courier’s record, the parcel was left at the delivery address. When a parcel is confirmed delivered but cannot be located afterwards, the courier normally investigates the delivery and the incident may need to be reported locally as a potential theft.

If you have not already done so, you may wish to report the matter to the police and provide the delivery confirmation details. We are also happy to assist by supplying any information needed for the courier’s investigation.

We take concerns about unanswered messages seriously, so please contact us again with your order number and we will continue looking into this with you.

Would buy from again. Amazing response time to questions.

Ordered through the "Shop" app. The DHL tracking was a bit poor but thats nothing to do with these guys. When i messaged to ask about dispatch, they were extremely responsive and friendly and when I got home, the order was already delivered! They also told me all their items come from their own stock which is great. Some other shops fulfill directly from he manufacturers in Thailand which makes delivery so much longer.
