We recently completed our Cyber Essentials certification with Fig Group as part of our G-Cloud compliance requirements, and the overall experience was very good.

We engaged FIG Group for the Cyber Essentials assessment and certification. We found the process to be very efficient with a short turnaround time. I am a sole trader working as an HMCTS provider, cyber essentials is a key requirement. I found the Fig Group process, less expensive, fast, efficient, user friendly and less anxiety provoking than using the IASME’s own site (which I had used last year). I submitted my completed questionnaire one day, got constructive feedback the same day, updated and resubmitted later that day, at no extra cost. Just knowing I could have a further submissions if required, felt less stressful. received the certificate that same day. Will definitely be using them again next year.
