I joined by mistake (actually via a spammed link) and immediately requested a refund of my membership fee. Emerald was quick to reply saying that the refund would be processed once I had left a positive review on TrustPilot and shared it with the company. I explained I would leave a review AFTER the refund had appeared. Apparently this is not how the company works and I never got the refund. I refuse to be blackmailed into leaving positive reviews and it's just as well as the company is obviously quite happy to commit fraud, ignore its customers and refuse refunds. Avoid at all costs.
Update: The company keep emailing me, apologising profusely (albeit a cut and paste job each time) and asking me to remove this review so they can process the refund. Apparently, according to them, the refund process is somewhat automatically linked to this review. Absolute nonsense. Id rather forego the paltry £8 refund and warn others of this company and it's dubious practices. I suspect the positive reviews on this site are due to people being bullied like myself into leaving a good review before their refund was processed. I refused. Again...avoid at all costs.

The person I chatted with was pleasant. I don’t remember signing up with fiestakeeper so I was a bit confused.
