This company is an expert scam artist. They are expert at extracting monies out of you that are outside their original terms and conditions providing spurious reasons for their "additional costs". Be careful, have nothing to do with them as your project funding requests will never be realised, you having met all their up-front payment requirements and more!
This website is a scam. The company itself do exist and belongs to a listed company in Hong Kong (Sun Hung Kai Properties), but this website www.fidelityfinancecompany[dot]com is operated by frausters and is not related to Sun Hun Kai Properties.
To confirm the shareholder of a Hong Kong company, simply go to Hong Kong company registry database (www.icris[dot]cr[dot]gov[dot]hk) and download the latest NAR1 (annual return) which costs a few USD to get a copy online. It discloses the sharholding structure and registered address of the company. You will find the sharehoder of the company is Sun Hung Kai Properties, a reputable listed company in Hong Kong. But this company exclusively serve the group interest and does not provide services to the general public.
