I had an excellent experience at Fi Clinica in Kaunas for my gynecomastia and blepharoplasty surgeries. From the very first contact, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. The clinic is modern, clean, and very well equipped.
Both procedures went smoothly, and the results exceeded my expectations. My chest now looks completely natural, and my eyes look refreshed.
The surgeon and staff were attentive throughout, answering all my questions with patience and care. The post-operative care was outstanding – I felt well looked after every step of the way, and the recovery was much easier than I anticipated.
I’m truly grateful to the entire Fi Clinica team. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering these procedures.

Dr Raminta is an absolute perfectionist. I had a mummy makeover in October 2025 and my results are amazing. I have healed really well and my scars are so neat. I cannot wait to go back to see her for my arms and legs. It is definitely a team strength at Fi Clinica as everyone I encountered held the same level of professionalism and care, from the nurses to the receptionists to the catering staff.

I traveled from Italy to Fi Clinica and had such an amazing experience that I’ll be returning in four months for my next surgery. Dr. Raminta is truly incredibile, I’m so happy with my breast reduction results so far, and my scars are healing beautifully and very neatly. Her team is attentive, caring, and supportive every step of the way. They prioritized my health from beginning to end, and I can’t wait for my upcoming arm lift.

After losing a lot of weight and talking with friends they suggested that I go to FI Clinica to consult about skin removal.
Dr. Raminta was incredibly knowledgeable and within a minute she knew what needed to be done, and after booking the surgery I travelled to undergo it.

The team they have is fantastic, they look after you incredibly well, and answer any questions or worries you may have and the nurses are very caring and helpful, I can't thank them enough for the care they showed when I was both pre op and nervous and post op and recovering.
Dr. Raminta is fantastic and brilliant at her job, and talks back and forth with me regarding aftercare and updates on my healing.

I'm still healing right now but already I feel lighter and like I made the right decision putting my trust in the staff at FI Clinica,

Have had three surgeries with Dr Raminta within the last two years. The service and care has been truly outstanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. She is extremely skilled and her work is amazing! I plan to return in the future.

This is my third time visiting Fi clinica, it’s also my third time having surgery with Dr.karolina.
This clinic provides a 5 star service, the reception team greet you with a warm welcome and make you feel at ease in a time that can be quite nerve wracking.
My surgeon Dr.Karolina is absolutely amazing, she is a perfectionist and clearly takes pride in her work. The results speak for themselves and honestly I would choose her again and again.
The nursing staff are so pleasant and cannot do enough for you, they are brilliant.

I had a really good experience with Dr. D. Klimas and the clinic. Everything went smoothly from the beginning and I felt well taken care of the whole time.

The team was kind, supportive, and made me feel comfortable, which really helped, especially on the day of the surgery. The clinic itself was very clean and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

Dr. Klimas was professional and reassuring, and I felt safe throughout the whole process.

I am 11 days Post op now from breast augmentation with Dr. Raminta. She was great the clinic was lovely, very modern and clean. Had very minimal pain post op and aftercare from Dr.Raminta has been great would highly recommend her!

Dr Klimas is brilliant, so knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. His English is perfect too. He puts you at ease from the outset, I was petrified before our consultation and had travelled to LT alone. The nurses at Fi were similar, and took their time to ensure my comfort. Two weeks out from breast lift with fat transfer, I have no complications and my wounds are healed with no leakages. I have minimal pain - only when I'm stretching.
I have been to other clinics in Lithuania, I can say Fi was exceptional by comparison. I didn't feel like a number in a cattle market, the waiting area is spacious, light and airy, and everything runs like clockwork.

Noriu nuoširdžiai padėkoti gydytojui Vygantui Kaikariui ir visai klinikos komandai už puikią patirtį ir rezultatus. Tai buvo mano pirmoji plastinė operacija, todėl natūraliai turėjau daug klausimų ir lūkesčių, tačiau nuo pat pirmos konsultacijos Londone jaučiausi ramiai ir užtikrintai. Gydytojas pasižymi labai aiškiu, profesionaliu bendravimu ir, kas man buvo ypač svarbu, gebėjimu iš tikrųjų suprasti pacientą. Jis suprato mano norus ir viziją, kas leido pasiekti būtent tokį rezultatą, kokio tikėjausi.

Krūtų operacijos rezultatu esu labai patenkinta. Gydytojas kruopščiai įvertino mano kūno proporcijas, atliko tikslius matavimus ir parinko implantų dydį taip, kad rezultatas atrodytų natūraliai ir harmoningai. Labai vertinu tai, kad galutinis vaizdas neatrodo dirbtinai – priešingai, krūtinė atrodo estetiškai, proporcingai ir puikiai dera prie mano kūno. Nors dar tik ankstyvas gijimo etapas, jau dabar matosi, kad rezultatas yra kokybiškas.

Taip pat esu patenkinta atlikta akių vokų operacija, tiek pačiu procesu, tiek esamais rezultatais. Gydytojas dirbo itin preciziškai, kelis kartus tikrino simetriją ir skyrė daug dėmesio detalėms. Man buvo svarbu pakelti akių kampučius, ir galiu pasakyti, kad rezultatas jau dabar matomas. Gijimas vyksta sklandžiai, kas dar kartą patvirtina, jog operacija buvo atlikta labai profesionaliai.

Taip pat noriu išskirti visą klinikos personalą. Esu labai sužavėta jų profesionalumu, mandagumu ir šiltu bendravimu. Tiek gyvai klinikoje, tiek bendraujant el. paštu viskas vyko sklandžiai, aiškiai ir labai maloniai. Jaučiausi prižiūrėta ir svarbi kaip pacientė.

Nors tai buvo mano pirmoji tokio pobūdžio patirtis ir negaliu lyginti su kitomis klinikomis, galiu drąsiai pasakyti, kad ši klinika paliko labai stiprų ir teigiamą įspūdį. Rekomenduoju tiek gydytoją Vyganta Kaikarį, tiek visą komandą ir dar kartą nuoširdžiai dėkoju už puikų darbą.

I am one week and one day post extended tummy tuck. My experience at Fo Clinica and with Mr Kaikaris and all of the staff has been nothing short of amazing.
I am honestly overwhelmed by the level of care I have received. The clinic is as clean as a pin. The staff are so professional and friendly. I loved it.
Mr Kaikaris is the most wonderful surgeon and person. He is wise and an expert! I felt totally at ease in his hands. He has worked a miracle on my tummy!! It is beyond my expectations and I’m only one week out! It seemed he was as happy as me with the results! 💗💗
I stayed in Lithuania for a week and the day before I was due to fly back to the UK, I was seen by Mr Kaikaris and the loveliest nurse for a shower and tape/ dressing change. I was given everything I needed for my ongoing dressing changes. Shown how to do everything myself (easy) and I know I can contact the clinic at any time via message if I have problems. I have arranged a follow up in London.
If you are thinking about doing the same thing as me I can recommend Fi Clinica 100%.

I had a very positive experience at this clinic. From the very beginning, I felt well taken care of and supported throughout the whole process. The staff was kind, professional, and attentive. My surgeon Justinas Grašys was absolutely wonderful — highly professional and caring. I truly felt that I was in safe hands. Also, my night stay in clinic was really comfortable: nice food menu, Netflix and any care I needed.
I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering a procedure :)

It’s taken me a while to write this because I couldn’t really think of the words to express how grateful I am to Fi Clinica and Dr Kaikaris. I’m now 4 weeks post surgery for a breast reduction and tummy tuck and the results are perfect. I didn’t really have any expectations, I just knew things had to change and I trusted Dr Kaikaris to make it happen. I have waited 20 years for a breast reduction and 11 years after my second child I knew I was ready.
The care and kindness from the whole team including Karina on emails at booking all the way through to everyone at Fi Clinica was exceptional. Everyone you come across just wants to help you, I felt so looked after by the whole team and made to feel special. Thank you to all the nurses on the ward who looked after me and checked on me many times, especially the lady who got me up the night after surgery and asked if I was about to go dancing. On one occasion Dr Kaikaris saw me getting out of a taxi for my post surgery appointment and he linked me to walk across the carpark because it was snowy….I mean do I need to say anymore!

Very grateful for my experience i had with Fi Clinica at the end of February 2026, the place where one of my dream came true. The clinic itself provides a wonderful service, the whole team treated me amazing and generally the conditions of the clinic are at a very high level. A special gratitude for my Doctor Mr Vygintas Kaikaris who is an extremely gifted surgeon i have picked very carefully and i’ve couldn’t done a better choice. I truly enjoyed my journey, recovery goes absolutely smooth and in case i need an advice, Fi Clinica together with my surgeon are there for me always. Dr.Inga Guogiene is extremely professional and caring. She has a great eye for detail and truly understands how to achieve beautiful, natural-looking results.
