It seems the kit was packaged and sent out in good time but it was delivered to the wrong address and I did not learn of this until I was asked for a review the following week. It was then two more days before it was delivered to me and I had no updates or information on it until it just arrived in the garden.

Great company
Called this company for kit for my roof, advisor was excellent and put us under no pressure to buy. After shopping around I found that they were selling at a very competitive price. I placed my order and was kept informed of my delivery all the way. Products arrived within two days. I have nothing but praise for the staff and would definitely recommend them.

Since the last email the company have resolve all issue and have now improved their way they handle ordered o line and which has done great now they delivery within 24/48 hrs and my order was all sorted and done within 24 hrs great works
New improve will help all and we will be ordering now with this company and are trusted great
The HP STIFF was great it stopped all leaks to the roof and easy to use

Great service
Great product, great price, and great service. Only complaint would be the delivery was split into two shipments, and the delivery note didn't specify if parts were to follow. Saying that though they were very quick to answer emails.
