Ordered a factory spec Ford Transit in March 2025. As of October 30 I still don’t have the vehicle, even though it has been in the country for three months. I’m told we are waiting for the partition to be fitted. What is most disappointing is the lies they have been feeding me for the last three months, ‘next week’ ‘imminent’ ‘be patient’ . I went ahead and made an official complaint, it has been 17 days since I made this but I have yet to receive a response. Allinall I would say I was very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and utter arrogance, which is in contrast to what I thought was a fantastic service when I ordered the vehicle.

Our goal is to deliver cars and service to our customers, not to hold on to them indefinitely. The partition and its fitting took longer than we expected, which was totally outside of our control. Throughout this process we did our best to keep you informed and to be as transparent as possible. Our estimates were based on the ones we were given by our partners. We apologize for the inconvenience and sincerely hope that you have a good experience with your car from now on.
