Placing the order was easy and fast, security was guaranteed and confirmation of the order came immediately. The order verification did not, however, mention the pick-up point for the order from which the pick-up message would come once the order was delivered. The message only made a reference "to the closest post office".

Website was easy to navigate, shipping was quick and hassle free. Rates are the worst compared to other companies. I wish CG opened a pick-up location in Helsinki Airport also, just like its rival Forex. Paying premium for shipping feels unnecessary.

when taking money back to Change Group Espa the total lack of knowledge what to do was surprising. They did not give me any receipt from the money which I gave them. I had to ask for it many times. Your system is very obscure.

There was much technical trouble in ordering the money, during several days.

I made order for international currency like 1200€ and 3 min later I would have liked to cancel my order. Because of cancelation company was threatening us with very big cancelation fee of 10% of total which would have been over 120€ which I think can't be real cost for the the currency exchange company.

I was little bit worried about delivery time, because i do my order a bit late. But everything goes grate. Thank you.

Exchange rates for selling foreign currency are unrealistically unfavorable.
Exchange rates were not updated on the office screen in the middle of the day (2 pm), manager said that they were yesterday's. Probably checking SoMe is more important.
Overall communication with the guy was very informal and unpleasant - trying to make me think that he does me a favor, by taking my money under these poor conditions.
Did not sell the currency. I'll better spend time and money and visit competitors in another city.

I asked for the change of Euros into Pounds and they offered me a rate, When I actually changed them, it was much less what I obtained and the employee said it was impossible to have my money back although the innitial information was different. So it`s a kind of so to say, legal swindle.

Ripped off at Gatwick, charged £416 for €380. They insisted this was correct and were quite rude. Eventually got them to cancel the transaction and return our Sterling. Not sure if they are scammers or just incompetent. Tried to complain using the email address on the website and the message bounced back undelivered. Link to regulatory info on the site leads to nowhere. I copied my email to the Financial Ombudsman Service and will send a hard copy by post to Change Group at their Oxford Street address, if that exists. Avoid using this company

Parempi olisi saada valuutta lentoasemalta ja halvemmalla, kuin postin kautta tai muutamalta ei sopivalta noutopisteeltä. Ei ehdi aamulennolta poikelta esimerkiksi Isossa Omenassa!
Vaihtokurssista en osaa sanoa tai Danske Bankin edusta.

Good service at the cashier. In the net, there was a weird limit of 2500€ but no explanation.
Later I heard that I could have made two orders but didn't realize at the moment of ordering.
