Great customer service and patience.

I like that they're very attentive with your concerns. I was unable to get MT5 on my laptop, and when I finally downloaded the android version. I still wasn't able to log into my laptop but I was able to log onto my funded account from my phone. I prefer to trade on my laptop but I'll just use my laptop to chart and trade on my phone. I appreciate how patient and easy going Peter was with me cause it took a while and he stayed helpful and patient. Didn't get the results I wanted but I was still thankful for all the help.

Great platform

I’ve had a really positive experience with Fewpips so far. The platform is straightforward to use, even if you’re still getting to grips with trading, and the structure of their challenges makes it feel genuinely motivating rather than overwhelming.

You've hit on something we care about a lot. When we designed the challenges, the goal was never just to test if someone can make money on a good week. It was about building the habits that actually make you a better trader, thinking about risk, being consistent and sticking to a plan even when it's boring. So it's great to hear that's exactly how it's landing for you.

The simulated environment is there for that reason too. We want people to develop real confidence in their process before anything else. No pressure, no rush! Just get good at what you do and the results follow.

Nick Made Time for A One-on-One!

Nick made time for a One-on-One with me! He walked me through the process from explaining each plan and challenge (while being concerned about my learning style). As an educator, that was huge!!! Helped me make an informed decision based upon my finances, knowledge base, and comfortability. I also like the fact that there is room to grow. I will definitely recommend FewPips. I’ve been with Fewpips for about a month now and it has genuinely exceeded my expectations. I opted for the 1-Step Challenge and the entire process was straightforward from the very beginning, clear rules, fair targets, and no unpleasant surprises buried in the terms.
The platform itself is clean, stable, and easy to navigate. Everything is where you’d expect it to be, which means you can stay focused on what actually matters, trading. No unnecessary complexity, no technical headaches.
What really sets Fewpips apart is the customer service. Support is available whenever you need it and they actually respond promptly and professionally, not the usual bot replies or days of waiting. Any questions I had were handled efficiently and with care.
