The team have an enviable reputation of first class service from start to finish, and we are now on our second greenhouse having had one from Fettes when we previously lived on the Isle of Skye. The company offer a huge of products and both of ours are from 'Swallow Greenhouses'. Fettes' customer service is outstanding including regular updates on delivery, advice for a base and an install time of less than half a day. We would like to thank everybody involved from Louise in the office to Paul and his team who installed the unit at the house. These days it's all too easy to forget to say thank you to companies but it gives us great pleasure to applaud the excellent customer service, the professionalism and efficiency in the install and the obvious passion all of the team have for what they do. We are delighted with our new 'Robin' unit and look forward to many happy hours in our second greenhouse.
