ขาไปจากชุมพร-เกาะเต่า
พนักงานบริการดีเอากระเป๋าขึ้นเรือให้ ได้ขึ้นเรือก่อน แต่เมื่อถึงเกาะเต่า กระเป๋ากลับมาช้าสุด ต้องยืนรอผู้โดยสารทุกคนลงเรือก่อน กระเป๋าถึงมา
ขากลับจากเกาะเต่า-ชุมพร
ถามซื้อตั๋ว VIP ที่ท่าเรือบอกให้ต้องซื้อที่เรือเท่านั้น ไม่มีการประสานงานใดๆ ทั้งๆที่จริงแล้วควรจะตรวจสอบที่นั่งคงเหลือได้ เมื่อขึ่นเรือไปที่นั่งมีขยะขวดน้ำ ถุงพลาสติกอยู่ พนักงานควรเก็บขยะก่อนที่ลูกค้าใหม่จะขึ้น ทั้งนี้ได้แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ให้เก็บ พนักงานพยักหน้ารับทราบ แต่สุดท้ายก็ไม่เก็บ

ไม่แนะนำค่ะ จองตั๋วนั่งรถตู้ และจ่ายในค่ารถตู้ ไปกลับ กทม เกาะกูด แต่ได้นั่งรถบัส และรถเก่า สกปกมาก มีน้ำหยดใส่หัว เบาะมีแต่ขี้โคลน ที่่นอนหมายังสะอาดกว่า พอถามพนักงานว่าจองรถตู้มา ทำไมได้นั่งรถบัส พนักงานบอกว่าวันนี้ลูกค้าเยอะเลยเปลี่ยนรถ คืออะไร ลูกค้าเยอะหรือไม่ก้อควรให้ลูกค้าเดินทางตามที่จองมาไม่ใช่ยัดลูกค้าตามอำเภอใจ ยังมีหน้าบอกเราว่าติดต่อ Agency พอติดต่อ Agency Agency บอกให้เราติดต่อเสือดำโก โยนกันไป โยนกันมา แล้วก้อเงียบไป เสียเงิน เสียเวลา ครั้งเดียวพอค่ะ จบกับเสือดำโก ส่วนตัวมาเกาะกูดบ่อยมาก ครั้งนี้ครั้งแรกที่เดินทางกับเสือดำโก และจะเปนครั้งสุดท้าย แนะนำให้ทุกคนหนีไปค่ะ ไปของบุญศิริ ดีกว่าเยอะ

Hi Leute, ich empfehle euch, bucht lieber bei 12GO. Da könnt ihr rechtzeitig eure Reise bis zu 36 Stunden vorher kostenlos stornieren. Ihr bekommt Geld auch 100% zurück. Bei Ferry Advice bekommt ihr kein Geld zurück bei einer Stornierung!

Punktabzug gibt es beim Bezahlvorgang.
Zum einem kommen für die verschiedenen Bezahlmöglichkeiten extra Gebühren hinzu, die aber nirgends aufgeführt werden. Zum Zweiten werden nicht alle Kreditkarten akzeptiert obwohl diese lt. Website akzeptiert werden sollten. (z.B. American Express)
