wrong info on website and bad service
we booked a ticket over there website and they showed us the wrong address which lead to us missing the ferry. on the wrong harbour they told us that the ferry hasnt been driving from there since a year which means the information on the website hasnt been updated since then. it cant be expected when you book that you need to check if they showed you two different harbours. after complaining we just got the information that they do not drive from that location anymore even if that is not what the website told us. and there was no possibly of a refund or a reschedule!

Before completing the payment, we clearly display the departure point, destination, and ferry operator. Customers are advised to review these details carefully prior to payment.
After a successful booking, we also send a confirmation email with the exact departure and arrival port locations attached.
