Atrocious customer service
I bought a Ferrero Rocher bar which had sugar and fat bloom and v poor texture. I contacted Ferrero customer services and they couldn’t have been more rude, defensive and dismissive, ordering me to deal with the retailer as it supposedly wasn’t their problem. This is no way to deal with a loyal customer. I’m now boycotting this rubbish company’s products.

I purchase a box of Thorntons Special Toffee from a gift shop as I can’t find a retailer anywhere that sells them.The box of toffee cost £11..They where disgusting and after months of trying to get the toffee replaced by Ferraro they said they couldn’t and would send a voucher ..This has been going on for months by the way.I eventually received the voucher but the only place I could get the toffee wouldn’t accept the voucher which was very embarrassing !! I contacted customer service and awaiting what they are going to do all I want is a replacement !!!!Dont buy the boxes ..I have noticed other reviews on Trustpilot are the same about the toffee..

I wrote a review on here about sub standard chocs i got for my birthday.
Chelsea as others on here have said promptly replied by saying apoligies and in replacement for this was a voucher . It also says wait 28days for delivery . It also says click on the link to leave a review. Hence the glowing reviews as they are really reviewing only the speedy reply from Chelsea at customer services .
I question why it takes 28 days for voucher to replace the substandard product.
28 days later, no voucher , contact Chelsea who thens says on her checking dispatch voucher number not been delivered.
She then says wait another 28 days . Guess what. Not been delivered / despatched again.
Seems to be a theme here.
Complain about their substandard goods. Computer generated email from Chelsea suggesting voucher in post , but if you time just now click this link to leave a review on trust pilot.
Im agreived that they dont care what was wrong with their substandard product , they dont have a system to return / replace .
Chelsea gets good reviews on here as does the company .We as the customer do NOT get good customer service , and dont care.
Original Toffee more like fudge
I contacted Ferrero as I bought some original Thornton toffee and found the texture was more like fudge than toffee. I received a voucher after some delay due to a mix-up in the post. All staff were very polite and helpful.

I recently made a complaint about a Ferrero product that I had bought. Within 2 hours I received a response from Chelsea (Customer Services) apologising and an explanation of their high standards in manufacturing. The speed and approach in their response was shockingly good, if only all customer services were like this.

I had an email response within half an hour of sending in my feedback and have been promised a voucher in the post. Hopefully this materialises, although having read through some other reviews it doesn't seem very likely.

I sent an email to customer service as some biscuits I purchased were stale, I got a reply back incredibly quickly and Chelsea was very nice and professional in handling it. I would definitely buy from them again.

I contacted Ferrero as I bought some original Thornton toffee and it wasn’t very nice. The texture of the toffee was more like fudge than toffee. I complained only to alert them of the problem. I received a response straightaway from a lovely lady in customer service. I have no problem in buying from them again - I just hope the next batch of toffee I buy is as it should be.

Se issue as previous reviewers - contacted about substandard chocolates, quick & polite reply promising the elusive voucher. Never materialised. Chased them twice. "Lost in post" response. Promised tracking details - never followed up on & no voucher. It wasn't ever that I asked for anything, I just gave honest feedback, but if they say they will send something then make sure you do.
Would never buy from them again.
