I purchased something 5 days ago I have not heard from anyone even though website says 2 to 5 business days delivery will be made I have emailed them and no one replies and there is no contact number

no delivery and no response
I ordered a bathroom storage cabinet on 26 February. No contact since and no response to two email enquiries. Payment made and accepted. Very poor customer experience. Could not recommend this company. Is it a scam?

Poor Delivery and Customer Service
Ordered Kitchen 2 Door Island Solid Wood Counter Top Kitchen Trolley White on February 9 2021, I managed to get one response to multiple attempts to contact that promised that the item would be shipped by March 5 2021. As of 16 March 2021 I have had no further information and delivery has not occurred. I wish I had read the reviews before making this purchase.

3 months - still waiting!
Ordered a shoe cabinet on the 11.12.20, order confirmation email was sent and payment taken. Since then no further information of processing or delivery has been confirmed despite multiple attempts to contact with nothing heard back. Terrible customer service, seems to be a scam site.

Very bad service. I had ordered Montreal pantry cupboard. Its been a month. No delivery yet and no response on email. No one responds to the email.

Poor Communication and Delivered Damaged
Very very disappointed!
Delivery took a substantial amount of time, when item was delivery it was extremely cracked, broken and damaged.
Communication has been extremely poor, have had absolutely no responses to multiple emails, no updates, no updates to tracking emails, no contact phone number to call to discuss damaged products.
Would not order through Felip Australia again or recommend to anyone else.
Has been very disappointing and still trying to contact them to replace the damaged product!

The pantry is a lot smaller then it looks
I also thought the doors had glass in them it is plastic and one of my doors has a big crack in the plastic window
