I just recently purchased a few pairs of compression socks . It was great quality, very well made.
Bit pricey but competitive , got it on sale . Great for ppp who are on their feet and for walking .
I unfortunately had to return due to sizing issues . The returns are hassle free and refund was issued soon after .
Anyone with foot pain , do check em out .
Ordered socks, two days after they arrived, however the delivery driver decided to leave them outside "by the bike" as he wrote in the description of the letter he put in my postbox. Unfortunately, upon my arrival home, the socks were nowhere to be found. I wrote a few messages to the help e-mail, but haven't received a response yet, hence this review.
Update: 3 weeks later, the support team got back to me. They said that most personnel were on holiday during that time, that's why my report was overlooked. They offered me a refund or to resend my order, which I agreed to and my order was delivered the next day ✅
Poor quality socks, especially for how expensive they are. Fraying after one wear. Have repeatedly contacted customer service to give them the opportunity to rectify - but have had zero response hence am leaving this review. wouldn't buy again.
Appalling customer service. Ordered a pair of socks three weeks ago - still haven’t received them. Feetures choose to use Evri as their delivery partner who consistently fail to deliver. Feetures customer service department are extremely unhelpful and refuse to take ownership and resolve the issue. Won’t be using them again.
Disgraceful Customer Services
I ordered two pairs of socks but when they arrived the packet was ripped and empty - apart from the invoice!
I have e mailed the customer services 3 times and received no response. I will have no option but to contact PayPal resolutions.
Wont be ordering again - not worth the aggravation when there is a problem.
Most of the socks are nice and feel very good quality and reduce chance of blisters, although the colour fades after about 4 washes. Some styles/colours are a completely different make/material which is not mentioned when buying. Returning products under warranty may be a bit of a hassle especially when you have to still pay for shipping/handling. If you don't hear from them after a few weeks, try their different emails (each country has a different distributor) or Facebook channels as we had a tough time getting in contact with them for a return.
Socks are good quality, but the lifetime warranty is just a mirage. They have a new policy that the customer has to pay for return shipping when sending failed socks back. Even with USPS, this can amount to up to 1/2 the price of the sock. So, it doesn't pay off at all. Avoid this financial trap. Company must have deteriorating financial condition to institute such a policy - another reason to avoid!
I received a pair of Feetures running socks as a gift for Christmas and was immediately very pleased with the fit and comfort levels. I have used various brands previously, including other socks from Feetures, in the past and these were probably the most comfortable I have worn. However, after just a few weeks of use (with only a single 5-10 mile run per week), the sock starting to wear through at the big toe. When I reported this to Feetures UK, I was informed that I must have the wrong size sock or that my toenails were the issue and that this would not be covered by guarantee. My feet have been the same size for over 30+ years and my toenails remain nicely trimmed, so I was pretty disappointed that the socks have become unusable so quickly, and that customer services were so dismissive.
Loved my new Feetures "light cushion no show tab" socks, but had a small problem with them so contacted customer services. Amalie was great - after I sent photos of the issue, she ordered a new pair & they arrived in a couple of days. Excellent customer service. Will definitely buy the socks again.
Firstly, I very much believe people are allowed to make mistakes; it's what they do about them when they happen that's important. We had a 'slight' glitch at the beginning with a couple of the 5-pairs of socks I ordered and my heart sank. I thought it was going to be a *nightmare* I didn't need; but I used the Customer Care email link and my problem was resolved before I'd even had time for my head to reach my hands. Amalie, you are amazing x
Secondly, I'm old ... but that means from doing sport for 40yrs and having a PT for 30yrs, I know my way around a sock. My go-to socks for a while have been Karrimor (including Compression socks), and Feetures are good socks. I bought the 'No Show Tab' socks in Max cushion and Light cushion and the first thing to note is they feel noticeably different (as it should be), with the Max cushion having more/firmer support around the arch and top of the foot. I've yet to run in these so don't know if they will ride down into my shoe, but I hope not from the manufacture of them - I'll update this review when I've tried. I've only ever run in full ankle socks before anyway ... so fingers crossed.
In summary, very good socks and Amalie from Customer Care was amazing with the small problem we had at the beginning - hence, Amalie, you won the 5th star back ;o) But I'd just be looking internally to see what is happening in the UK around despatch/delivery, etc, to eliminate as much as possible problems happening. I'll certainly be buying again though!
I have ordered couple of pairs of socks from the British website. Got sent someone else items by mistake, then their customer service wouldn’t get back to me but found phone number on the receipt and after speaking to Andrew they managed to sent my socks 3 weeks after and STILL one pair was missing. The customer service is a joke. Overall The socks are pretty good.
If you want to order some make sure you order through amazon.
Also additionally, was told I could have a NHS discount which has never materialised, absolute joke of the customer service. Andrew was the only chap really helpful.
