We believe this was an admin error where the policyholder was not informed that the requested adjustment had taken place.

We have since spoken with the customer who anticipates changing the review to be more positive.

Renewed with confidence

FeeProtect once again provided a reasonable fee for their insurance cover. Chris at FeeProtect also gave quick and detailed information when I e-mailed him. That allowed me to renew with confidence.
