This company falsely advertised products, provides "pre-typed" responses from Customer Service representatives who handle the return of products that are incorrect in the first place. Be warned that you're not likely to receive items as advertised on their site.
Beware of this company as it is a scam. We ordered 5 boxes of face masks. We received one box via Amazon that came damaged. We never received a shipping email nor was there a packaging slip to note that this was part of our package.
We then received a refund for 3/5 boxes as they "ran out of stock". The phone number listed does not work and so when I sent them an email - they noted that they had 2 boxes in stock and therefore shipped to me. When I informed them that we only received 1 out of the 5, they just showed the picture of the Amazon delivery and said we received it. We went back and forth and their reason being that since they had 2 in stock they shipped it to me and refused to refund me for the missing box.
I would not trust this company - go elsewhere that treats their customers with respect. Pay the extra for Sephora or go to Olive Young or BeautyWithin's websites. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

First time trying out your product (lipstick)!!! I typically don't care for matte lipsticks but this one goes on so smooth and lasts ALL NIGHT. the color is perfect and has officially become my signature shade. The fact that it goes to my favorite local charity (when bought locally) was a huge bonus. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!!
