At first, Federal Government Advisors presented themselves professionally and appeared to have strong knowledge of the government contracting process. They were quick to help create a capability statement and begin working toward SBA certifications, which made me feel confident about getting started. However, it has now been several months, and I still have not submitted a bid on a government contract. I wish there had been more urgency, consistency, and hands-on guidance toward actually identifying opportunities and getting bids submitted. The initial support was promising, but I expected the same level of intensity and follow-through throughout the process. Overall good

The experience with FGA SAM has been wonderful.. Work gets done in a timely manner. No complaints.

My rating is not directed to any one in particular but the team in general. Communication and follow through was a sore point with some not all member of the team. Though we were able to get the help needed to complete registration from a thorough representative, overall I believe the experience could have been much smoother especially for first timers. Nonetheless, we appreciate all the assistance rendered thus far and we are looking forward to continuing to work with you.

We've got everything completed in less than 30 minutes, and very soon the account has been approved, activated, up and running. I cannot even imagine how much time and effort it would require for me to do it myself, without any guidance...

SAM registration process done for me, with guidance on NAICS codes, handling of my businesses' convoluted address history, etc.etc.etc. without any unnecessary delay which would have come from the mistakes I would have made on my own. My business got started faster and smoother thanks to their help.
