I do like each the pieces I purchased. What I am disappointed with is the condition in which they arrived.
The Sierra top had heavy make up stains on the collar and button front, making me think it was worn and returned?
The Delilah top had several small rust-like stains and a half circular stain on the back.
I realise both items were part of a sale and heavily discounted but that’s no excuse for the lack of quality control before they were dispatched. Sent feedback to Feathers, no response.

I order a few peacock feathers but unfortunately the box arrived damaged and the feathers were bent and not fit for their purpose. I contacted Feather.com.au immediately and no reply 3 weeks later. I followed up with another email and still no reply. So poor service and I don't feel this company is trustworthy.

ordered about $20 worth of feathers (postage was $10).

Item arrived in 2 days (location: Sydney-CBD, Australia). Tracked by Aust Post and I got SMS notice on arrival time.

I ordered biots and other assorted feathers, for the price the quantity and quality is very good ! I ordered feathers to make my own fishing flies and it will last me a long time :)

The package arrived in a big and nicely packaged, if anything I think it is a bit wasteful to use such a big box but anyway the item arrived safely and undamaged.

Website is very easy to navigate and the whole process was very easy.

highly recommend if you are doing arts and crafts that you check out this site. due to the $10 postage fee suggest that buy in bulk. I will be telling all my friends about this site.
