lies and delay
i told them to buy there if they can guarantee a delivery-period.
they agreed to that. and then all the mess started.
i got the first mail, that there is a delay.
then i got told, that it will be delivered via express-delivery in 2-3 days because of the delay.
then i got the message from them that the items are on delivery - which was a lie.
more than 3 days later the items went on real shipment.
instead of more than 2-3 days its over a week now that i am waiting for my items and they are still not here.
what is really disgusting is, that they didn't tell me anything about the later shipment. i had to ask again and again and just got the tracking number - they were not telling me anything about the delay.
it's really sad to get treated and lied to like this

Unfortunately you ran into a series of misfortunes: initially a series of unplanned transport strikes and then the illness of our colleague who followed your order.
