After having registered I was appointed an advisor. I received a call the next day in which Lauren offeres guidance on the whole process with no pressure. I was happy to exchange with FC based on the rates alone, but the service will ensure I return. They also offered an attractive voucher scheme! Highly recommended for service and value.

I worked with Lauren for a single transfer of USD to GBP for a property purchase. Lauren was always easy get hold of, and was friendly and made the process simple. The exchange rate and the amount of GBP that I would receive was made clear, I wasn't limited in the amount I could transfer at once, and I didn't have any unexpected or hidden charges. The money arrived in my account the following working day, so speed was fine. The only potential negative is that it's not a 24-hour service, so would be more difficult to do out-of-hours if I was travelling or waiting for a sum to hit my account before transferring.
