After looking at a well known website for a company who could transfer money overseas, after reading the reviews and recommendations on the website I contacted FC Exchange and spoke to Lauren who took me through the process. Over two days I have transferred toe £30,000 for my sons tuition at a secured currency rate I was happy with.

First time using FC Exchange to transfer money, and it was all smooth. My account manager Sam was very helpful and set it up limited order for me. So I could get the rate I wanted. I used Ozforex in the past, comparing staff attitude, FC Exchange staff much more friendly and helpful. The quoted rates are also very competitive.

Ben Amrany is very helpful nothing is too much trouble

I had to make an urgent wire transfer of USDs (<24 hours) and was recommended the parent company (Global Partners) as my bank and other companies were unable to meet my short timelines. I dealt with Peter who was very knowledgeable about the processes and potential holdups that helped me make a decision to proceed with the transaction. Follow up was good and as a result my transaction went through in good time. I was charged a slightly higher fee for the expedited service but am very pleased with the service.

FC Exchange were prompt in our initial dealing and gave a fair exchange rate. Even though there was a problem at the receiving end they worked with me to get this resolved.

Lauren made every move simple and clear. I was rather stressed about making a large payment in several increments but at no time did she make me feel a nuisance nor an idiot! I double checked the going rate of exchange and her quotes were always very competative.
Final onward payments were made via Jacob who was also calm and efficient.
Every person I spoke to or dealt with was charming, friendly but also clearly on top of their game.
I would highly recommend FC Exchange. I found them on moneysavingexpert and was very glad I checked them out. I was dealing with for me, a huge sum of money, and getting it wrong could have been a disaster and I could have lost a lot of money. The rates quoted were always competetive too.
