My experience with FBD has been one of excellent customer service. I was given clear information and guided through the process of a new insurance policy with ease. he pushes a hard sale, I had aother insurer inline with ceaper quote. Connor was able to convince me this policy was right for me , also added a descretionary discount.

Got a cheaper price online and Andrea advised that she will look after it with no issues

As customer service is really important . It is crucial that companies are represented by competent, efficient staff. On an issue with house insurance I dealt with Ava. She was great, I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Representative was very helpful. Process was pretty quick.
Only downside was in could hear another agents call, I was a bit distracting and I think sometimes the representative couldn't hear me clearly either.
