Very poor communication following…
Very poor communication following numerous emails back in April I get an automated email that FBD endeavor too get back to me .I then asked to deal in emai going forward

Why don’t you include last years premium paid paid on the current quote for renewal
I was asked to post in pictures of the property - no option to email
What company in this day and age would request a picture by post - I raised this with your cs agent and they informed me to email it it.
