Pleased these robbing gits have hopeful5been closed down, I've lost 40 quid for a non delivery and no reply to numerous emails. I cant understand why it took so long for them to be found out

I ordered an air purifyer from this company on July 1 and still not received it. I sent emails via the customer service but they have not responded. I've had no contact from this company,other than them sending me adverts in order to buy something else off them. Do not give these people money. Research what you want to buy and purchase elsewhere. You have been warned.

Shoes took a month to arrive, absolutely 🚫 no communication despite several emails asking for help/advice.
The "rocker sole" trainers are not rocker sole at all, I don't know how they can be described as such.
Very small sizing, probably a size smaller than the label and really narrow

Placed order for sandals on 1st June hoping to receive them before my holiday on 10th June. It is now 9th July! Money taken immediately, no order received, no emails received regarding progress of order, no response to email sent asking where my order is, nobody picks up the calls or messages left on their advertised mobile number (international dialling tone btw!)

UPDATE: Just received my order on 24th July after zero communication since the 1st June when the order was placed. The sandals aren't worth the price and look cheaply made. The package looks like it has come from China so they are NOT a UK based company as advertised. I cannot be bothered to go through the returns process if it took nearly 2 months for my order to arrive, and there is no returns form in the package. As they are very quick to take your money but unacceptably slow to provide the goods, with no easy returns process and a non-existent customer service, I will not be purchasing anything from them again and I do not recommend.

3 weeks in ..no order has arrived. Messaged 3 times no reply!!!

Ordered some shoes about 18 months ago. then having read the bad reviews, there were lots! cancelled the order straight away, by telcon, email but they still tried to deliver order, refused delivery and instructed delivering company to return to sender. I put in two orders ( 27Th May and 9th June) both of which were confirmed. I have not received the items and have had no replies to my queries. I have left a message on the phone and have not received a reply either.

First and last order with Fayybek..Ordered a watch on 19 th May 2025 for approx £44…Have received an order number but no sign of watch yet.One reply to several emails from me requesting an update to order status.
Very poor customer service.May never see the watch.

I had to wait over a month for the shoes, i email twice and no response, they said i have to email for a refund as they are too small which i have done twice and still no response. This is awful.

This company will never refund your money.

Took weeks for product to arrive - no communication or responses to queries regarding progress of order.
In which time, I had purchased alternative elsewhere assuming these would never arrive.
When they did, they do not provide return process with the item and have no returns address on their website - you have to 'request' this via their support email or telephone number.
No replies to several emails again.
No answer to number provided. When calling the number an international dial tone starts and no one ever answers and just goes to voicemail - however someone is clearly hanging up these calls as they vary in length - some ring on and on, some give two /three rings then sends to voicemail.
The company is a scam and does not advertise that it is outside of the UK.

I’ve been waiting for shoes to be delivered. I’ve had a email stating they couldn’t deliver as the address in incorrect. Also that delivery was attempted and fail. I’ve replied by stating I’ve checked my initial order and the address is correct. Also pointed out that we have a ring doorbell and no attempts have been made to deliver

If I could give zero stars that's what it would be.
Was looking for orthopedic shoes and came across fayybek and all the reviews under the products were very positive. In hindsight I don't think they're genuine reviews and paying customers are unable to leave reviews on their website.
First of all immediately after placing the order back in March I decided to cancel the order and according to the website an order can be called within an hour of placing the order. That didn't happen.
The shoes did arrive but a little later than the website states. The shoes are not of a good quality, came in no packaging besides the shipping bubble bag and got sent the wrong size for one pair. The second pair are on the smaller side as well and wouldn't fit.
Called them to ask for a returns but kept getting a machine so decided to email as you have to contact them for a returns address. Takes a while to hear back as they don't reply within a day. Asked for images which were sent and then got told a refund isn't possible as the shoes were sent out. I then emailed back saying even if the shoes were sent out I should be able to do a returns and the website states they accept returns. After that Sara from customer service has not replied back.
I ended up contacting the bank opening a dispute. Have currently received a temporary refund whilst fayybek inform the bank whether its a valid or invalid dispute.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend them, the shoes are of a cheap quality and could smell the glue on one pair.

Do Not Buy From Here. Delivery took about 1 month then when I emailed for a return with refund no reply…3 emails and a call later still no reply. Wasted time & money!

DONT BUY FROM THEM.sent Email to find out about return friendly reply asked for photo sent that to then. Never heard from them again. FRAUD

I have been e/mailing them every other day since the day they arrived. To supply label & details on me returning shoes & have no reply! Sara at customer services was very chatty & tried to get me to buy a different shoe but after I saw quality I didn’t want too. Since then they never reply to my many e/ mails.so DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!

I ordered, on 23 Feb, a pair of velcro fastening shoes for my elderly father to wear to his brother's funeral. They finally arrived, 3 days too late, on 17th March.

Faybek advertise 'easy returns' which is misleading to say the least. They asked for photos and a reason for the return. I provided these and to date (1st April) I have heard nothing. No address for a return.
I have an unused, and now unwanted, pair of shoes.
They use a 'thank you for reaching out' approach. We are not friends, we are just doing a transaction.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option, there delivery says 7-10 days but I didn't recieve my order, called their customer service number several times always an automated answering service with no replies also sent several emails, no reply. I think they might be a fake company, stay away and do not order from this joke of a company.

Paid for two air purifiers and two sets of spare filters 30 December 24. Sent several emails asking when they would be arriving, no reply at all. I contacted my card company for a chargeback, bingo one week later, (today, 28 Jan 25) I received the air purifiers but no spare filters! Emailed again, but I'm not holding my breath for a response.

Oh, and by the way, the purifiers are tiny - there are no measurements online.

They DON'T reply to emails, they DON'T answer the phone, despite saying on their website what great customer service they provide.

Looking at other very mixed reviews, it looks like it's pot luck as to whether you will receive your order in full (or at all).

ONLY BUY FROM THEM IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE THE MONEY

PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY PRODUCE CHEAP, UNCOMFORTABLE SHOES. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THERE IS NO EFFECTIVE PROCESS FOR RETURNING UNSATISFACTORY SHOES AND GETTING A REFUND. THEY SAY IF YOU EMAIL THEM, THEY WILL SEND A RETURN ADDRESS - THEY DON’T! APPALLING SERVICE. YOU KNOW NOW.
