Good communication and quick reception of the parcel.

My first experience, on this occasion after I had ordered and paid for the garment, was to be advised, because of a stock control error, the garment had sold out in my size.
However, I agreed to try the next smaller size. Whilst too small in the collar, the rest of the fit is perfect.
The shirt is of high quality and I especially like the pleating and linen fabric. Delivery was perfect.

I ordered x2 48 jackets and a bow tie. The bow tie was out of stock so could not be supplied.
The jackets arrived and neither could fit me. All my jackets are 48 and fit well.
One was far too tight at the shoulder and the other was too short in the arm and too well fitted.
It cost me over £25 to return the jackets to Favourbrook due to them not fitting because in my opinion, they were not 48 in size.

These products are delicious. The silk ties I bought this time are such lovely quality. Love this brand.

Favourbrook is a very special store. The clothes are stylish and excellent quality. The store itself is pleasant, relaxed. And the staff are helpful and cheerful. What a fab place!

Firstly i can not praise the speed and despatch communications highly enough top marks .But i know this company i had worked opposite them on Jermyn St for more years than i care to remember, albeit a silk square the quality is just not there i know companies try to save money by maximising as many squares they can get out of a sheet of silk but to have half bees on the edge just cheapens the effect of the hanky also after one wear the label is starting to fall off but that can be sewn back on, little things like these just would not happen at the store opposite and that shows the level of quality that's missing i'm afraid.Still a fantastic company though I wouldn't put you off them.

Very disappointed with the product, not to true size, faulty button inside Jacket along with the wrong colour trousers arriving from the order .

We was then charged £8 per it em to return the items and paid for the postage for the delivery on the refund .

Definitely will not be shopping in the site again

I received an email about the new range of Gatsby shirts which looked great but the measurements on the website suggested that the sleeve length would be too short for me. I ordered anyway and it’s perfect. Very happy, a really nice shirt.

This bow tie was delivered really quickly and is the perfect size at 8cm high which is exactly what I wanted, however the quality of the grosgrain is not great and doesn’t represent good value for £85, so I’m disappointed.

Easy to buy online-and one can buy with confidence, if you’re confident in your measurements. The waistcoat is lovely-snug, velvet and very comfortable.

Buying a tie, this one in particular, was an important gift for my husband. The same tie is worn by Poland's Deputy Prime Minister Radosław Sikorski, and my husband's dream was to have one identical to his. His dream came true.

The staff are super , the selection divine . Julien was wonderfully knowledgeable, helpful and charming. He helped me choose my fabulous waistcoat and pocket square. Motif of golden bees . A fabulous range truly with wonderful staff . Will recommend, will go again.
