I am greatful to have found Favisbook last minute because I needed an appointment with the Spanish Consulate in Los Angeles. They were able to get back to me with an appointment in 24 hours. I definitely recommend them. They were also very helpful.

They'll charge you an arm and a leg
Can get you quick appointments, but they charge a ridiculous price ($400+) and they kept the full amount even though I cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice. Was pleased with the responsiveness, but very disappointed and frustrated that they didn't refund my money.

Mr. Khan asked to cancel his appointment one day before his appointment's date.
Our Return and Refund Policy, located within the Terms and Conditions on our website states a 48 hour rule:
"You must send us at least 48 hours prior notice to the schedule appointment date to receive a refund (less the cancellation fee)". - https://favisbook.com/terms-and-conditions/
After the appointment was scheduled, we require 48 hours notice to cancel the booking and refund our service fee, with no exceptions. We offer a full refund if a client requests to cancel an order before his appointment is confirmed.
Trustworthy and Professional!
They were able to get me an appointment so quickly, it's amazing! They were very professional about my schedule and made sure I was okay with everything! 10/10 would use again!

I was amazing by how favisbook
I was amazing by how favisbook. Mark was very helpful and honest. I urgently need to book an appointment with Italy consulate and after several days of try, it seems like nothing hopeful. I was reluctantly to use favisbook at the beginning but my experience was far above my expectations. Thank you.

They make things happen. I was very disappointed with the service earlier and I provided my feedback here in trustpilot. Mark has been very professional and made quick changes. That speaks about the implementing quick changes based on the feedback that they received as well as the professionalism that Mark brings to this group. My sincerest appreciation.

True Lifesaver
Very expensive, but worth the price. I did not have sufficient documentation my first appointment at the Spanish consulate, however, Favisbook booked me a second appointment free of charge. True lifesaver!

when in doubt, hire a professional!
we had more than one mishap on our VISA journey; had I known about this service I would have used it a month ago! Making an appointment at the Italian consulate in NYC is harder than I ever expected and their limited hours make it even more difficult.
when time is not on your side due to bureaucracy and paperwork Favisbook is exactly what you need!

Great service
As someone else said, this service should not exist.. but since there is no way to get appointments on a short notice at the consulates, these guys are the best. They do what they commit to do, they work with you and are highly responsive. Highly recommend their service.
We were able to get an appointment for next day using their service!!
