The team have been 1st class my ranger tryke arrived in time and with little assembly it's ready for tomorrow 1st February
The V5C arrived before the ranger and was able to tax and insure on the road tomorrow thanks to the team

I am still waiting for my order :( its taken almost a full month now. This is not bvery impresive.

Very Quick delivery. Trike looks amazing.
Be aware, there is a lot of building required, some a two person job, like fitting the axle and wheels.

Everything about this company is fantastic from ordering to the after received trike in phone calls in finding out if I was happy.there were a little couple of teething issues in relation to the body work buT the guys were very quick to rectify. Would definitely recommend FATWHEEL to anyone interested I getting a scooter

I am still waiting for this trike to be registered with DVLA, and getting no response from fatwheels scoot so this will stay on here until it is sorted out I paid fat wheel scoot to register my purchase since then I have had no response from them take care with your purchase

Experience first time round was good very helpful I got the max first in October and was going to upgrade to the trike for a new job back in November but since then it's gone down hill had to change my bank info and tried changing it through pay then as was paying for the max of over 6 months and can't access the email account they are going to as my phone died and the email account was very old tried contacting Luke via his work and personal number, email that he left me with and live chat had no response for 4 months now and have a bike from them i only paid £200 for so far as the payment info is now wrong and can't change it and I actually wanted to pay it off to then get the trike so they are actually loosing business and I basically got a free max because they can't be bothered to talk with paying customers it's really sad to see as they started so well 😞
