Online Order from the NY Sale
Online Order from the NY Sale - I opted for a delivery to the local store. All very easy, good comms by email when it got to store and an easy collection.
I ordered one of the 1/4 zip cotton jumpers in blue. It’s a nicely made product that fits well and is comfortable.
Shop staff were friendly, as they always are at Worcester.

Summer clothes for winter holiday!
Ordered 3 tops and a sun dress, unfortunately had to return the tops as they were too big. The whole process of ordering and returning was first class.

Quality product and efficient customer service
I ordered a shirt online because it was out of stock at a local shop I visited. I like it because of its material and design. The online checkout process was easy enough after I found the right product. It only took 2 days for me to collect at a shop of my choice, free shipping. And the exchange on the day was smooth and efficient. Overall, my first online purchase with FatFace was very good. I am happy that I could now find a good product in the shop and buy it in my own time without worrying about it going out of stock so quickly.

I was looking for some tops for holiday and Caron was very helpful. She found me several that I probably wouldn't have seen. She was friendly and certainly new her products.

I ordered a few sale items on the website which were promptly delivered to store. I bought a Christmas jumper some fluffy socks and they were epic. I know it is July but they are lovely quality and at a great price. I am all set for winter now. Bring it on !!

Came in for a last minute Mother’s Day gift. Jordan and Tracy were both so welcoming and helpful it made the whole experience great. I would highly recommend fat face Worcester for any clothing or gifts.

Good product
Good product, got a small discount, collected in store easily. Bag had a handle and returns process was simple though not required.

I’ve ordered an item online, I was supposed to pick it up on Sunday however have been told it’s delayed, not sure until when but Christmas is round the corner and I’m not sure if and when I’ll arrive ?

Good customer service
I visited the Worcester store because I wanted to return an online order and purchase the item again to take advantage of a discount I had forgotten to use at the time of the original order. Whilst I wasn't able to simply complete the purchase in store, the assistant helped with the return and repurchase. She (unfortunately, I failed to note her name) was very patient and a great help.
