Very good customer service
I had a very good shopping experience at Fatface Wimborne. I went to pick up Chinos bought online using click and collect. Staff very helpful and courteous and quickly found the goods for me. I tried them on, but fit was unsuitable, so I obtained refund via the store easily. I then tried on a different style from the stock in store, which suited much better. I bought these and left the store having had a good all-round experience.

I ordered two dresses online. I kept one but the other on wasn't a good colour on me. When I took it back to FF in wimborne the girl who did my refund was lovely

Great staff, shop and products…
The staff were really friendly and helpful. They helped with ordering an item to my home address thst wasn't part of their stocked range. The shop is neat and clean and well laid out. The clothing is such good quality. It washes well and really lasts a long time making it good value for money, despite costing a little more than some high street brands.

Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service in store and on the phone when I had a problem returning an order. They fixed the problem there and then and sorted everything out easily and quickly. Very friendly and will definitely shop here again!

They have a shop local to me so it's easy to order great clothes click and collect and return to store if they don't suit Their staff are always so helpful and friendly

Helped me get a gift receipt
I bought a 12 for a present then decided I should have bought a 14. I ordered it to go into the store in Wimborne. As I wanted a gift receipt the sales assistant refunded me for the 12 and let me ‘return’ the 14 and buy it again giving me a gift receipt

Excessive packaging. NOT environmentally friendly!
I ordered a hand warmer into store. When it arrived, it was sealed in a plastic bag, then wrapped in a metre long sheet of brown paper and then enclosed in a cardboard box at least 20 times its size. I thought you were supposed to be environmentally friendly?
The woman who served me seemed to think that this excessive packaging was ok because it was all recyclable - but as I pointed out, just because it’s recyclable, doesn’t guarantee that it is actually going to be recycled. It depends on how conscientious the person picking up the package is. Therefore, you have a responsibility to guard against excessive waste from ending up in the wrong bin, by reducing your packaging to the minimum. The hand warmer that I ordered was soft and unbreakable. The amount of packaging it came in was a joke!
