Click & Collect muddle!
Pleased with my items, namely very good discount on a leather bag. Also got a new summer hat which was pricey, but unique in it's own way.
However, when I had ordered them online, there was no indication that Click & Collect had been switched off! but luckily the items were delivered to my store of choice. It took the store assistant some time to uncover what had occurred, but she finally found them as they had been sent as a normal delivery, Not as Click & Collect!!
Get your items sent to your home address until the Click & Colkect system is working again.

We have temporarily turned off our click and collect option however are looking to have this available again very soon.
Our stores are unable to process parcels sent to their stores and we ask our customers to not manually request orders are delivered to the store.

I ordered a couple of polo shirts and they arrived so quickly which was so helpful as time was short. One colour didn't work but so easy to exchange for another in the local store.

Firstly the staff in WGC were so helpful. They suggested I could find a long length for the trousers I liked on line and helped to find them and make sure they were in stock .
I ordered 2 pairs in different sizes. Love the trousers and retuned the wrong size to store.
Excellent & will definitely shop again

She was friendly and made time to make my shopping experience better.

Delivery within 24, plus clear email notification. Fabulously helpful assistant in Welwyn Garden City packed up a return for me, as it had to go back by Royal Mail.

I have been shopping a Fatface for years.
They used to make pretty good parkers and jackets but this has been patchy over recent years.
I saw this tan suede bomber jacket on offer.
As it was half price, I expected there to be an issue.
The size was as per the website and - so far - is a great buy.
Keep up the click and collect - not everyone likes collecting their packages from a bush or dysfunctional neighbour.

Poor customer relations in your Welwyn Garden city store. Will be dealing with head office as soon as they open and won’t return to this store again!
*Update* thank you to customer services for today. I’d like to add that my family and I love the FatFace brand and will continue to use them online and at Rushden Lakes where I’ve never had any issues. I will post their own well deserved reviews separately.
