Overall, a good experience. Fitting rooms had some strange, dark and coloured lighting, and the music was too loud, so I tried the clothes on and then came out in normal lighting to have a look. Very nice to find the 'tall' size option! Some nice designs.

Friendly customer service and good information about the company, great to get 10 percent off with birthday promotion.

A wonderful retail experience I had morning in your store in Watford. Saf was very helpful in sorting out my returns and recommending other options for me to look at !

Went into Fatface on a busy Saturday. I was really impressed with the selection available, all beautifully presented. The staff were really helpful, looking for sizes for me. I would definitely recommend going in to see all the summer outfits.

I went to Fatface Watford store on Friday 10th May
The staff in there were busy putting new stock out. Which is lovely by the way.
Even though they were busy
They still helped me with sizes and getting my parcel.
The Asian lady with glasses- I think supervisor was very helpful on advising for sizes.
The staff are always polite in there and the store layout is easy to follow xx

Saf and Ann Marie were so helpful in store today helping me to shop for outfits, lots of great stock available in all sizes! I’ll be back for more soon xx

Anne Marie helped with outfit building, including colours to suit me and match new and old outfits I have. She was very patient and worked with her team, including Safina, to find suitable stock in the shop.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff ( Saf and Cristina) Watford branch. An item I wanted wasn't in stock, but I was quickly assisted in ordering in store with free delivery to my home address A*.
Great colouring station, with crayons and stickers kept the kids entertained whilst I shopped. Staff were very friendly and gave my toddler lots of stickers to keep her happy. I purchased a great knitted sweater in store, practical, yet fashionable and comfy for everyday wear. Would recommend.

The shirt i orderd online arrived & had a mark on the back which will not come out & I don't have time to return it as I ordered it for a holiday I'm going on. I also purchased a different shirt in- store a few days before & noticed when I got home this also had a mark on it.
Do you guy's not quality control your products before despatch from your warehouse???

After visiting Watford then told the dress I wanted was in another store then going to the other store and it wasn't their wasn't to impressed!!
However Andrew has restored my faith in the Watford branch.. Thought of everything to try and rectify and was able to locate a dress.. He's just brilliant can't thank him enough. Special mention to Jess as well who supported.

I visited the store on 4th March about midday

I was looking at some Gillets on sale and some jackets.

Two ladies were on the shopfloor. One was helping a c/m with Jeans

As she past me she smiled and asked me if I was ok.

I said I was ok. When I did require assistance another young Asian lady helped me.

She helped me choose the sizes. And unfortunately both were out of stock. She checked other stores for me and was very knowledgeable and helpful.

On this occasion I didn’t purchase anything.

But I will be returning as the warm welcome and friendlyness of these two ladies had made my experience pleasant.

They are credit to your company.

On 6th March - I was walking past to go to HMV

I then spotted Fatface - sorry not been in shopping centre for a while.
I came in and started looking around and was met with a lovely smile and a warm welcome.

I think her name was carol or Caroline.

She checked a sweatshirt for me and a pink shirt in a 6.

Another lady - I think a supervisor called Saffy was wearing it and it looked so bright and warm.

Or Caroline ( sorry can't remember) offered an order - but as it was a spontaneous purchase I wanted it there and then.

I definitely will be coming back. Such lovely atmosphere and lovely staff.

Only critique if it is- the store is very dark upon entering and it was a bit chilly.

Very pleasant assistance from both Andrew and Safina, very helpful will for sure be returning- quality of product is excellent.

Amazing service. Helpful advice ended up buying up a lot of clothes. Saf and her Sunday crew team. Great experience. The staff in here are keepers and should be rewarded as such.
