Ordered two shirts to pick up from the Truro store. Always a pleasure to shop there, the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Bought online this time, quick and easy. I usually go to the Truro branch where all of the staff are so helpful!

Visited Fat Face in Truro and had a lovely experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, but Katie was outstanding. She was helping me choose outfits by the changing rooms. I dislike shopping and probably would have come away with nothing if it hadn’t been for her.

The items I ordered were even better than I expected after seeing them online. I returned the unsuitable sizes to my local store and found the staff very friendly and helpful, giving me useful information that would benefit me instore as I have limited mobility.

Today I shopped at FatFace, Truro and a lovely lady called Tracy helped me with my purchase of two fabulous items. Tracy was positive, encouraging and supportive. She was NOT pushy or overbearing. Go and see her - she'll make your day with her positivity just like she did mine :)

It is easy to use their website, I picked up my purchase from the shop after an email saying it was there. No hassle if I hadn’t wanted it I could just return it to the shop. I did buy the blouse and quality and fit is great.

I bought a pair of sandals, but there were too small for me, so I ordered a bigger size on the Internet. But the same day I popped into the fat face shop saw the same pair. The staff were very helpful behind the counter and I cancelled my order and bought the ones from the shop instead.

Saw a short jacket in the Truro sale. Hesitated, didn't buy, went home, ruminate, went back next day - jacket gone! Spoke to helpful assistant: jackets moved "upstairs ". Assistant went to stock room to look, returned with 2 jackets - not my size! Advised to buy online with delivery to local store (to avoid postage costs). Notification of delivery within 4 days. Collection from Truro store efficient and friendly. Well done everyone, brilliant customer service 👏

Yesterday was the first time I have looked in Fatface! The shop was very colourful and very tidy.
The best thing was Emma and her friendly delightful manner who works in Truro, Cornwall. She was so lovely and helped me buy a dress for a wedding. Went home feeling very happy!!

There were 3 staff who I interacted with during my visit and all were smiley, friendly and helpful. Kelly served me and found me the trousers I wanted. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

A big thank you to Meg at Fat Face, Truro. I visited the shop on Thursday 22nd February and was in need of some advice and guidance. Meg could not have been nicer - I could sense that there was ‘no hurry’ and she gave me some good ideas too!

Really lovely girl helped me pick out a dress for a wedding! She was so kind and patient as I tried on like 5 different dresses! You should definitely see if Meg is available to help, she was fab, such a great experience xx
