Very helpful staff. Went to collect an order, very efficient and friendly service

They did everything that they said they would. It is exactly what I wanted.

Order placed no problem and then a few days later notified that my item was ready to collect. Only issue was that in store once I got to the front of the queue the sales person asked for people paying card only so I was pushed to the back - ended up in the queue for 20mins or more

I recently made a few purchases from the Trafford Centre Store. I was completely Happy with my purchases as I just Love FatFace, I was a little disheartened when my Husband had received an e-mail introducing the Sale!! All of my purchases had gone into the Sale, I contacted Customer Service who said I would have to go back to the Store with all my unworn clothes and the Store would Return and I could buy back. This was absolutely worth doing as it was over £100 Saving. I was a little hesitant at first and thought I would contact the Store first just to inform them. Spoke to Qasim who was most Helpful and Polite, I said I would probably be in Wednesday morning if that would be okay. He said that was absolutely fine and he was in that morning and would be Happy to Help. I did visit the Store a little later than expected and was greeted by a new member of Staff (training), Qasim came over and said it was himself I spoke too and he had been waiting for me and took over with no hesitation. Qasim was extremely Helpful and so Friendly and Understanding. He treated myself like nothing was too much trouble, he made me feel so Welcome. Thank you Qasim for such Wonderful Customer Service, I felt like I was being such an inconvenience and you never for one second made me feel this way.

Ordered a dress , click & collect from Trafford centre , kept well informed along the process, staff were polite and helpful.

Excellent service from Helen at Manchesters Trafford Centre. I needed a size that wasn’t in the shop and she went out of her way to look for one, first searching in the back and then looking on line. She found the dress and size I needed and ordered it for me to be delivered to my home address. It arrived in 2 days. I was delighted with all the team that made this possible.

I young filipino shop assistant at The Trafford Centre went beyond the call of duty to make our shopping experience great in the store. Give her a promotion asap as you need more shop assistants like her that actually care about the customers!

Good quality product delivered quickly. It proved to be too big but a visit to your Trafford Centre store soon resolved the issue. Staff at the store were very helpful and friendly and it was great to actually try the garment on before purchasing. I just need some sun now!

I saw item on sale in the store, however, not available in my size, lucky for me size 12 available online, for in store delivery. Lovely fit andstyle. Can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can wear it.

Popped in this weekend to pick up my click and collect and ended up buying more from the sale the had on in store. Everything was tidy and even though it was very busy the staff at the till were very quick and still warm and friendly. I will definitely be back as very happy with my bargains!
