What a lovely experience in FatFace in Tavistock. Particular thanks to Jazz and Tegan who were so welcoming and helpful. I’ll be back!

OMG was treated like a queen in the shop by a lady called Vicky, she was outstanding and was very complimentary on me when I was trying things on and nothing was too much trouble.

She went way and beyond and would recommend this store to anyone visiting the area.

Very easy to order on line and staff at the Tavistock branch we’re very helpful as well as cheerful.

Mum and myself are regular visitors to the Tavistock Devon store, vikki the store manager, Lauren the asst manager and jazz store sales advisor are always so friendly and amenable. I recently had to return a hoodie due to a fault and Vikki was so helpful, on the day I returned the item Lauren and Jazz served me and couldn't be kinder and helpful. Also my small dog is welcome in the store and the girls are so friendly.
We visit once maybe twice a week, and the go above and beyond.

Yesterday I ordered a cardigan online to arrive in a few days time to collect from shop. Then I happened today to be in the shop and see the same cardigan in there. Vicky and Lauren were helpful and kind in helping me cancel the online order so that I could buy the cardigan today and at the online price.

I ordered 2 items which were good quality and packaged well. I collected them from my local store which doesn’t usually carry all the lengths in trousers/ jeans. The delivery was prompt and the service in store very friendly as always!

Excellent service from both Barnstaple & Tavistock shops .
Both were helpful & Issy & Tegar made our experience fun for my husband, not a great shopper. So thank you Tavistock.

My daughter in law bought me an e gift card for my birthday in August 2924 with a two year life. Tried to buy some socks over the weekend not at my local store and e gift card could not been used as their system had changed with new ownership in September 2024. They tried to sort it without success !! Back the next day to my local FatFace store in Tavistock where Hannah and the manager sorted it out in double quick time and even transferred the outstanding balance to a ‘normal’ gift card. What brilliant service- thank you Tavistock!! HOWEVER I do have concerns over the company not honouring the original e gift card, and wonder how many other recipients of those cards have just given up trying to spend them - worrying

Visited the store this morning as saw a top I liked online. I was met with a friendly welcome and the assistant helped me to find the top I wanted. What’s better is I was able to take my dog with me - it’s his fav store too!

Popped in on Friday to try on a skirt i'd seen and although it wasn't right, the lady called Jazz was so helpful and got me other things to try instead. I came away with a beautiful dress. She was so patient and kind it made all the difference! A different lady served me at the till and was also lovely and cheerful.

The staff at Tavistock FF were very helpful and friendly. I needed to return an item and pick up an order. Nothing was too much trouble and I left the store with a laugh and a smile on my face. Thank you!

Fatface in Tavistock never fails to impress! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the range of stock is well presented. Jazz has served me on numerous occasions, always with a smile. I leave the store feeling uplifted!

I am a frequent shopper in Tavistock’s Fat Face and am always thoroughly impressed with the quality of service. Issey in particular is always so lovely and friendly, ready to help with any questions or concerns. Thoroughly recommend.

Issey was absolutely amazing, I borrowed her eyes! - not literally, but as I'm colour blind she helped me with choosing the correct colours that matched for my Christmas gifts - thank you for your help Issey!

Staff were friendly and helpful, store was quite busy but still didn't have to wait long to be served. Assistant scanned barcode and came straight back with my order. Many thanks.

I saw a jumper on line, popped into the store in Tavistock and was served by Nicky F. She took me directly to the jumper I discribed and showed me the colour options and discussed sizing. Tried jumper on and it was perfect so I treated myself! Chatted to 2 others young ladies in the store. All very pleasant, chatty and helpful. See you all again soon for some Christmas shopping. We visited with our dog. Issey was serving us and was really helpful. She assisted us and ordered items for delivery. Very polite and served us with a smile. A colleague of hers then came through having seen the dog on CCTV. She clearly loves dogs and gave her a dog treat. It was so lovely to have two very pleasant staff look after us whilst we were there.

I popped in today to see if I could find a dress for a work do Christmas party and after some encouragement and help from Vicky I found a beautiful dress that I feel really good in. It's not something I would have chosen for myself but once again Vicky gave me the confidence to try it on and I'm so glad I did! She is always incredibly kind, supportive and beyond helpful.
Also I have to mention Jas, she helped me to believe the dress was perfect for me and is always so friendly, smiley and helpful.
Sadly I didn't get to see Lauren today but I also have to mention how lovely and kind she is every time I shop.
We are so lucky in Tavistock to have such an amazing team in store, everyone is also so so kind and they go above and beyond for me every time.
