I liked the clothing that was actually on display, and the service, but it was limited and a particular item I wanted, each item in my size had visible flaws. I couldn’t even order one new.

Clothes are great quality, but............
I have shopped in Fat Face for 30 years, their clothes are great quality, even if they lost some of their original edginess, however, this review is not about that. This is about some commercial person in Fat Face introducing a policy which means, if you need to exchange say to a different size, they charge you again for the new size and refund your original purchase, however, not for up to 5 working days, which means its an engineered commercial ploy to hold your extra money in their account for cash flow and interest purposes. NASTY!
In response the the request from Fat Face the transaction happened on 28th Sept 24 in the Stratford upon Avon Branch. We needed to change a pair of PJ bottoms that were large for exactly the same colour and type in Extra Large. At the checkout the person refused to allow a direct swap and insisted that we pay for the new PJ's and that we would be credited for the old ones in up to 5 days time. This was irritating in the extreme as what should have been a simple transaction was made complicated and unnecessary. We will now have to check ensure the money is returned.

Good quality and smooth collection
Purchased a gorgeous hoodie in the sale online and collected in store. Hoodie itself is great quality and very soft. Collection was smooth and staff in the store very helpful.

The lady in the Stratford upon Avon…
The lady in the Stratford upon Avon (Niki I think) showed me the sale items on line in the shop and told me I could get items delivered to the shop. She was very helpful and greeted me with a smile.
So i did exactly that and received my items in a few days.

Polite and Professional staff
No hastle when I returned a faulty jumper. Nor when I exchanged two jumpers for a smaller size. The staff at Stratford were polite and proffessional and made the process easy.

The dress I ordered didn't look great…
The dress I ordered didn't look great on me but on saying that, it was a lovely dress, bright red and a soft material. Unfortunately I had to return it. Lady that served me was very pleasant.

My son loves his new coat
My son loves his new coat. It’s warm, waterproof and has a decent amount of space to grow in. It’s also feels like it will last. Great value in the sale.
Delivery pick up from the store was convenient and easy to do.

Who could possibly be disappointed with Fatface! I have shopped there for as long as I can remember. Brilliant quality clothing, lovely bright colours, and very helpful staff.
I don't like ordering online. I'd rather go in the shop and try items on in store.
However, I had to order something recently. How easy it is. None of this,you've lost your password we'll send you a new link. Straight through.,and another successful purchase!

Just the job
Jeans. I normally find it difficult to get the style and length I need - these were perfect. Ordered on line as store did not stock short length, but I tried longer ones on in store for size initially. Did click and collect from the store and they arrived really quickly, no hassle when collecting them.
