I ordered the product to be delivered to a nearby store. I was kept well informed of the progress and notified when it had arrived. Collection was straightforward. The item is good quality as I have come to expect from FatFace. Overall very pleased.

Rachel was a ray of sunshine on a rainy day
Always a great selection of quality items. It was a miserable weather day but Rachel at the St David's shop was a ray of cheerful sunshine; helpful, friendly and a good guide to the shop layout, which helped as this one FatFace I'd never visited before. Clean, bright shop and very welcoming. Nice one, Rachel.

Excellent service
The lady who served me (Anne) was Awsome . She represented your company very well and is worthy of praise .
I Found the size variations in the jean were limited , the trouser length I required in every style were not available .

Since our visit to St Davids where we purchased a ladies coat we have since bought a jumper also for my wife online. Both were quality items.

Fantastic overall service!
Fantastic overall service. Staff very friendly, helpful, and knew their stock. Made most welcome and not pressurised to buy. I found some lovely items and returned the next day for a couple more. Due to the low stock on the Henley's in my size, I used the FatFace website and 3 days later had everything that I had chosen. Happy days! The St. David's Pembrokeshire store is the best!

Fantastic sway slim jeans. Brilliant quality. Fantastic cut. Long wearing. So much better than other high street brands. I’d buy them for the next decade if they were available.. The staff in St Davids are also super helpful. All in all a great experience that tbh I’m sorry to say, I didn’t expect. Recommended.
