Amazing member staff
I found a dress I really liked and wanted to know if it was available in tall. The lady on the till went to a lot of effort to find out for me. She then ordered it and arranged for it to be delivered to my house. She was so friendly and incredibly helpful.

Got a great jacket at a great price. We were served by Abbi on the till who was lovely and helpful. All staff seemed friendly too.

All so easy
Ordered 4 items and efficient delivery with Royal Mail. 2 needed returning and that was very easy in store. Very happy with the other 2 items. Whilst in store bought a replacement for one of the returns. Staff very friendly. All so easy!

Great service from Rhian at Rugby
Rhian served me this afternoon. What a nice girl, went into the stock room to search for all products in the size I was looking for as a gift and brought them to me. Of course she had great taste and I purchased a lovely present for a child. She explained the gift receipt process to me and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Got Bluelightcard discount too as NHS worker. So all great, thank you. Ros.

Quick and painless order and return
I ordered some clothes as a present for my husband, it came quite quick, after trying it on and choosing the right one, I brought the rest to the shop to return. It was quick and without a problem.

I ordered online. You sent wrong size, label did not match with size of slippers. I took them into shop. Wasn't allowed to get right size. Had to return via royal mail
