The staff were very helpful and courteous. As well as buying a dress I had to bring back an item that was too small and that I had ordered online. I assumed they would post it for me so had wrapped the parcel, but they were able to reimburse my account there and then. Great service!

Having had a problem with e receipt I visited Whiteley shop. I was served my a most unhelpful assistant. I then went to Ringwood where the problem was quickly identified and sorted. What a difference a member of staff makes. Despite Whiteley being more convenient for shopping I would be reluctant to return there.

I was looking for a dress for my holiday. When I went to have a look in the Ringwood branch the ladies where soo helpful! I tried a few dresses on, however the one I fell in love with was to big and no smaller sizes available in store. The young lady was able to order me the correct size. Very pleased with the service received and I will definitely be coming back!

It’s nice to go to a shop with helpful ladies so kind and very understanding I will always use this shop as long as the staff stay thanks to the team I love my outfit
