I love the quality of the products from FatFace and the two tops I just purchase did not disappoint. I always get great service in the Perth store even when I’m just browsing

There was a mix up with an item I had ordered on line. I went into my local Fatface in Perth and the staff. Could not have been more helpful. They immediately ordered the correct item and had it delivered to my home express delivery. The dress arrived on time for the function I was going to. Hoorah!

I recently had a problem with a pair of flip flops I bought from fatface. One of the straps was too big making the flipflop loose on my foot. when I took them back the staff could not have been more helpful they immediately replaced the flipflops stating they were faulty, could not ask for better customer service. Really nice friendly helpful staff.

Very impressed with the clothing quality (navy blue lobster print jumper) and the size guide is perfect as when it arrived, my jumper fitted me like a glove. Would recommend to a friend.

I’m a 45 min drive from Perth, but it’s worth the trip to see and feel the FatFace clothes ‘in real life’. Great range of jeans styles, shirts that fit and feel good to wear, and the best shorts and flip flops too! The staff are super helpful and friendly - making it all a great experience. Plus the clothes last more than a few washes and don’t ‘cost the earth’ more than they need to. Well done FatFace.

I ordered a pair of the Breakyard cargo trousers in Navy on line, but Parcel Force messed up the delivery, so decided to try my luck at the local shop in stead, the staff in the shope couldn't be more helpful and I ended up buying another pair in Olive Green, the fit is great, and the material is really thick so will do right through the summer and into winter, the only minor gripe is that they are quite narrow in the leg and would be better if they could be converted to shorts for the hotter summer days, or trips to the beach. But all in all very please with them, so much so that I also bought myself a Broadsands Jacket while in store, now this is really nice the fit is fantastic, it feels nice on, the fleece collar is detachable so can be worn in the summer as well as when it turns colder. Very happy with my trip to the store, and will be keeping my Navy Breakyard Cargo trousers when they are finally delivered by Parcel force

I'd bought a belt online. It took a while to be delivered instore but I was notified when it had arrived and collected it same day. The Large a little too large but belt sizings generally don't seem to conform to expectations of sizing. Like it and kept it. No problems.

Just visited the Perth shop…Customer service was outstanding, I was served by a young man who went above and beyond to find me a tunic. Cheerful, helpful staff with a sense of humour, rare these days.

Had trouble ordering a handbag online, was in town and popped into Fatface town store (Perth) and Liam a really helpful pleasant guy ordered up my handbag no problem and got it sent to my home. Thanks

Beautiful products, excellent quality & prompt service. Ordered some tops for spring. Love the new colour options. Had to replace my very old navy & white stripped Breton cotton long sleeve top as it’s done its time. Still love it so very happy to see them again. Ordering process easy & delivered quickly. Unfortunately PJ bottoms were too big & my error I ordered 2 of the same top but not to worry, I happened to be near a shop so rather than post I returned there. Perfect customer service from the Perth staff as always. A credit to your brand.
