Products are well designed
Products are well designed and fit well. The quality looks good. I ordered online because I can never find my size (UK 6) and asked for delivery in store. That was super quick !

The Dress was shipped and delivered in only a few days.
Having shopped your Summer Sale online, I found a dress I have bought before in a different fabric I like.
Having gone through the sales process, the Dress was shipped and delivered within just a few days. I didn't pick it up for a week, because I missed the first notice of its arrival at my local branch.
I keep buying this style of dress because the style suits me and is very comfortable to wear, even in hot weather. This is the fourth dress in this style I have bought and they are all still being worn! They all look completely different because the fabrics are so different. This one is positively elegant!

Extremely helpful staff members!
The very helpful staff looked after me very well. Went to find the item I was looking for in my size which was not on the shop floor then continued to make me feel good, explaining to me about putting my email on their system. All in all really made my whole shopping trip worthwhile with just this visit!

Nice boots
Nice boots, nice jeans, came very quickly. Jeans are a good fit, but when I wore them in earnest I found there's a big seam join that digs into my back, which is a shame. Otherwise very pleased with them.
Bought via click & collect. Lovely person in-store.
