Order still not received yet in store…
Order still not received yet in store despite ordering online on 4/8/24!!!! Now 13th August. Thought it would be quicker to pick up from store looks like I’m not going to get it now as I have not received an email to pick up. I have also called into the store on passing - nothing. I suppose I have to go through the process of trying to get a refund very very disappointed

First class service
Bought two t shirts in the sale online opted to click and collect at the Nantwich store. Took a few days but good tracking service to collect. Staff lovely in store and easy to collect. Will opt to do this again rather than wait for the post and be out etc
