Good ordering experience, but collection information not the best…
Easy to find what wanted and the order process was straightforward as expected. I opted to collect from my nearest shop and was given a collection day of Friday. However, on Friday morning I received a message saying that there would be a delay and to wait for a notification. Later on Friday I received another message saying that my order was ready to be collected. Something clearly went wrong. I hope next time I don’t encounter the same issue, as I had to change my plans for the day.

The product is great however your…
The product is great however your customer service was terrible. I never received an email on the expected order delivery dare to confirm it had arrived so I attempted to check this re your online chat. I was left holding on for an advisor for 30mins then I was cut off. I went to the Meadowhall store to explain I'd had no email confimation or help from the online team and was greeted by an extremely rude customer assistant who couldn't care less!

Very pleased with shirts that I ordered. Good quality and good price in the sale. The trousers that I ordered were also excellent quality but unfortunately had to return as the fit was on the small side.
