I'm singing the praise of Kayla Ludlow store....After a few days of dealing with H/O, being fobbed off in general( too long winded & unbelievable to start to put down) Kayla sorted my faulty boots out. I was ready to boycott FF forever! Kayla has restored my faith with excellent customer service.

I bought some flippy shorts in the sale , I had to contact customer services for slight a problem that happened in store with a payment & they were helpful. The staff in the Ludlow store were very helpful as always.

Excellent customer service at Local Store
All the staff at Ludlow branch are so friendly and helpful. My experience here is always positive.
Our local branch may be in a small town, but the layout of the store, the choice of product and staff make this branch my first choice for all purchases

fantastic customer service.
We had a wonderful experience in Ludlow store while visiting recently. The staff, in particular Kayla & Nat, were so welcoming & friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. I will definitely be using the store again.

Ludlow Fatface is great to shop in. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, I asked for some help with jeans and the girls were great and knew all about the product. I will continue to shop in this store, it’s a delight.

Bit sad but only because I didn’t receive a confirmation email.i had one however asking for a review and rang the store and they kindly confirmed it was ready.Not a huge problem in fact.Staff lovely as ever.

Very happy with staff and clothes

The managers and assistances always great.Shrewsbury and Ludlow folk really helpful and nice.
Love the sale this time on line and had a real bargin dress!
I am 70 and the styles (worn differently from younger age groups),suit all ages.The clothes wear well and my granddaighter agec13 loves her dunarees,which I would have worn in the 1970's!
The delivery system timely and wrapped well.

Staff at your Ludlow store are extremely helpful and very friendly. So nice to see! Making it a great shopping experience.

Drunk warehouse elves?!
I made two “click and collect” orders within a couple of days. The second one arrived very quickly but the first was sent to a completely different store 100 miles away! It was then posted to the correct store and I collected them both the following week. I think the warehouse elves have been on the Christmas punch early. Otherwise the goods are as expected.

Great place to shop!
It's so easy to find the merchandise in the shop. The salesperson was personable and made the sale quickly and easily, all the while engaging me in conversation. Fat Face sizes are right on for me. I don't have to try things on. I enjoy shopping in the store!

I was looking for a cardigan. The shop staff looked online for me. They found the item and talked about having it delivered to the store.....delivery companies have difficulty finding our house. When I ordered it Theresa's a 20% discount. Happy days. It arrived 3dayslater to the store, earlier than predicted.
