Affordable style at Sale prices
Ordered a couple of holiday essentials in the summer sale. Ordered online, and picked up and tried on in store. Great style, and very good value for money in the Sale. Wish I could afford to browse regular priced items...! Lovely shop and nice staff.

I would never have bought without seeing in store.
Having already seen some trainers in store when browsing for dresses i decided to wait awhile and see whether they went in sale.
After spotting a deal in the sales I bought them online. The site was simple to use, the sale went through easily and my trainers turned up on a couple of days later. They fitted perfectly and looked great.
All in all a great experience.

Quality product
My purchase only took a few days to be delivered to the FatFace store. At the assistants suggestion I tried the shirt on in store before leaving and it was a perfect fit.

Attitude of manager
I ordered a cardigan and I couldn’t find my customer order number on my phone. I verified who I was, what I had ordered etc however because I hadn’t evidence on my phone there was doubt as to whether I would be allowed to take it. The manager was so hostile in the end I suggested that I leave the cardigan and it would’ve been returned and I would be reimbursed. I felt what could have been an easy to order on line item to be picked up in store was now becoming a nightmare. Although I hadn’t got proof of my order on my phone, I could identify who I was and my address. Even if the staff were not able to pass over the cardigan a smile costs nothing along with manners. This sales manager’s attitude was in sharp contrast to a neighbouring store.

Choosing product from home and knowing it will be in stock when you're out shopping is helpful.
No postage to pay.
Being able to try the item on in store before you take it away also saves hassle of posting back if unsuitable.
