Outlet items at great prices on main website
Easy to find products on the website, I ordered on the Outlet page and delivery to store. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and it arrived in store on the day I chose. Only downside was fact it was available to collect from 16:00, I was hoping it’d be from midday. Sales assistant was really friendly & items were packed well. The tops I ordered fit lovely & are exactly as described on the website. I would definitely order online again but will select a day of delivery at least a day before I need it or when I could collect. They do keep in store for 7 days though after delivery.

I was getting desperate as I couldn’t find an outfit for a wedding in June but as soon as I walked into FatFace Ipswich I was treated like a VIP. I was greeted by Emily who became my personal shopper finding numerous outfits she thought would suit me. Much to my relief the dress I instantly fell in love with was perfect. When I went to pay Emily noticed my NHS badge and asked if I have a BlueLight card which I do, so an added bonus of 20% off. The service was brilliant and I will definitely be visiting there again.

Fatface is my 'go to' for sweaters
Fatface is my 'go to' for sweaters. I have long arms and every single purchase I've made fits perfectly. Staff are always welcoming and helpful and the store is always tidy and fun to explore.

I visited Ipswich Fat Face a few days ago to buy the Paige grey top. There was just one in the shop which was a size smaller than my usual. I tried on another colour in my usual size and then I couldn't make up my mind. I explained my dilemma to Freddie who helped me make my decision. It was the right decision to buy the grey top in a size smaller. I love it. Thank you Freddie

Staff are always lovely in-store. I buy online & collect from the store, as I inevitably need to 'browse'.

I've shopped here for years and some staff are definitely more helpful than others.
I used to always get a 'hi', but it's hit & miss now. I find that a 'hi' is a good welcome and then I find them approachable if I need anything. It just gives the visit a nicer feel.
