The wool/cotton coming off
The wool/cotton used for the slippers are coming out as I just started using this at home. I didn’t expect such a poor quality from the fatface brand.

Lovely linen bed set.
I bought the linen set in the sale which made it very good value.
The colour is a lovely blue. I have not washed yet so not sure how softens up with time.
Quick service for click and collect and staff were very helpful.

FatFace favourite clothing range
Staff are always helpful, clothing always good quality but getting too expensive now, there has been a big in in the last year. Fatface closed their big store at Glasgow Fort which was fantastic, I feel the store in Buchanan Street is too small and doesn't show off the range of clothing to it's full advantage

Shop had no difficulty holding the item 12 days for collection.

I love Fatface.
I love the material of Fatface, very comfortable and nature friendly. The design is mostly beautiful. Only thing I wish the brand could improve is the trouser material and design is not trendy and comfortable for women yet. Colour range could be improved as well, would love to have more variety.

The shorts were labelled the wrong size, went to return and get another pair in store only to be told they were now on sale and they had none in store and the ones on line they couldn't order for us even though this was an error on their part

The shorts I ordered were labelled 32 but were actually 34 when measuring them at home. the…
The shorts I ordered were labelled the wrong size. Although the size on the label was 32, the actual size was 34 after measuring them. Have the same shorts in different colours which are great and fit perfectly. The staff member at the Glasgow branch was a little rude when I returned them. Asking where the label was on the back of the shorts and if I had washed them because she thought they were damp. The label was still attached to the shorts and I only tried them on once at home and placed them back in all the original packages. they were not damp and only been tried on once. It felt like she was accusing me of something in response to me highlighting the sizing was wrong on the label. This sizing issue had been discussed on other shorts by another member of staff when I bought the other shorts. (Same design) in other colours. He stated a similar issue had come to his attention with another customer. I really like fat face and their products but I was a little irritated by the passive aggressive tone of the member of staff who dealt with my refund.

Nice shop with helpful and friendly staff
All staff appeared friendly but Natalie in the Buchanan Street store was helpful, friendly and attentive. Gave me an honest opinion on jeans and a dress I was purchasing. Didn’t feel pressurised to buy. I like shopping here as there is a good selection and the clothes are well set out.

The very helpful assistant placed the order for me.
Delivery was very fast and the shorts were the usual Fatface quality.
